I mailed in 5 samples almost a month ago and still haven't heard my results. What's the point in testing early on when this is the turn around time. I've already gone with another company and received my results for the same samples I'm waiting on from you. Thanks for forcing me to test my plants twice. I will never order from this company again.
Edit: it's been almost 2 months now. I guess they are in the business of straight up robbing people.

Sent in 2 tests and never got the results. I also tried to contact you and never heard back. Last time I will ever spend my money here. I deserve a full refund.

Big disappointment! Never received my results! One of my friends referred me to PhenoXpress and so far much better experience and faster turnaround time.

Ordered 24 tests, was sent 22, tried for days to get in touch with someone to get the 2 tests that you owe me. Nothing. took the samples mailed them in. And then ordered 2 tests from Farmer freeman. Freeman tests show up, take the samples of the 2 you shorted me, sent them in to farmer freeman, received back the results today. Still no communication regarding my samples i sent 2 weeks ago from you. You do not answer the phone ever. You do not respond to email, or twitter. I guess i just threw away $240, you probably need it more then me since you are definitely getting sued for fraud. Take the money but do not give results equals ill see you in court. This is why I pay my retainer.

This is my 3rd bad experience don’t even care to ramble on about it. It’s been 15 days with no update on 5x test sent to them. I guess they aren’t worried about us anymore just the big commercial people. Last time I had to throw out falsely tested plants and they say it was “due to their bad batch of enzymes”… totally understand mistakes happen. They gave me a discount code of which I used immediately. This again was my 3rd round after them promising to make everything right. They did not. I still have no work on my test. They received those test august 1st (Monday) take your money to Farmer Freeman! P.S I got an email this morning saying “don’t forget to review delta leaf” so here you go delta!

Thought I was going to save some money by going with Delta leaf. Basically I have $200 of test kits that are worthless. It's been over two months and they have not given me my results for the kits that I've sent in.

You ripped me off. Took my money & never tested my samples. You wasted months of my time and made me spend a lot of extra money.

I was emailed the instructions and was told my results would be emailed in 2-5 business days. it has been 15 business days since they have received my samples.
i have been calling and emailing for a week to check on my samples/get a refund. no response. i have yet to speak to a representative of this company. this has so far been the worst experience i've ever had with any company.

Lack of communication is last straw. I understand sometimes companies experience employee shortages, bad batches or product issues. They have had my tests since June 23rd. Apparently a bad batch of enzymes postponed results. I stopped receiving any emails 3 weeks later. I have left voice-mail, emails etc with no response. I have more tests I have pre-purchased that I will not be using. Read reviews, this is not the first time. I do not recommend their services.

I ordered 8 kits that were immediately sent out, 4 of which I sent back with samples on 7/1. I have not heard back from Delta Leaf on the status of my order after following up with them via email over 4 times over the past month. I feel like I was scammed into buying a bunch of kits to be sent off and never be tested at all after hearing zero response once they had my money. Very disappointed with my experience so far.

Well I’ve done few orders normally everything good. But this last on took couple weeks longer so my seeds grew to big, for one. 2nd I sent back samples Over a month ago and still haven’t heard anything! I messaged someone he said he’s out due to personal issues so I messaged someone else still nothing????? So I guess I’m just burnt 🥵. I’m not huge rec so this really hurts not just money the time and everything else ruined my whole plan for next few months

Horrible customer service! It’s literally non-existent. I have been trying for weeks to get a hold of someone.

We have sent in plant leaves 3 times now . We have yet to ever get a result or a email or call back . Your company feels like a scam

Sent my samples in then they said they had to be sent out to another lab. They are full of it. 2 months later. Had to throw out.my entire crop. Dont trust these scammers

You send me this to review your services well they fkn suck. I've emailed you multiple times with no replies you've had my sanples over 2 fkn weeks and you won't answer the fkn phone when i fkn call im fjn done with all your bs I'll never use this piece of garbage company again fk off and die you fkn
