I purchased a D1 Pro lock a year ago and am now facing a major issue with it. Delta Lock has informed me that they do not have spare parts available and are insisting that I buy a completely new lock, asking me to pay a “nominal” amount for what is clearly an issue on their side.

This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. A door lock is one of the most critical security components in a home, and I expected far better reliability and after-sales support. Instead, my concern is being handled very casually by the team, with no proper resolution or accountability.

I am lodging this complaint to highlight:

Lack of spare parts and proper service support for the D1 Pro.
Unfair expectation that I should pay for a new lock due to a product issue.
The careless and unresponsive attitude of the support team toward a serious security concern.

No response after sales

For sales, there customer representatives used to call 5 times a day! post sales - everyone has vanished. Installation person was good! Product guys are pathetic. I dont wish to name them here! But Mr. A specially doesn't respond even after multiple messages/ calls. Pathetic service. Regret the purchase. Please avoid DELTA LOCKS whoever is considering them! Disappointing! I wish there was a negative rating for Delta Locks! PLEASE AVOID.

Worst customer service ever....
Lock is not working from inside and outside...
I am outside and my wife is inside...
Not working from any where...
And company is telling technician will come before 5:00 pm...
There is no any emergency service in company...

Very proactive team. Ram has gone out of his way to resolve my defect on the smart lock.

Your support system is pathetic , no one picks up the call on your support number , however calls on sales queue are responded promptly
No one owns installation and demo ..
Iam struggling to install and have some one provide a demo on the product I have purchased . I would rate delta 0 out of 10

pathetic experience and installtion is done by local carpenter who has no knowledge of the locks positioning. its been a month my locks are not working and i have shifted in my new home. they are just sales people and dont bother to respond to your calls even if you are stuck

Very good service

Very bad customer service. Even the owner is not interested in solving issues. One place they are using name of Indian army and other side no one cares about customer service.

Please dont buy anything from them.

Product is good but the technical support, installation team all we had very bad experience and not responding properly as well, very bad guiding technical team. They are not inform properly for their requirment and details have focused on sales

Good service

I had paid for the smart lock Rs.14,990/- as a prebook on 04/09/2025 with a delivery promised on or before 24/09/2025. But unfortunately could not get the smart lock for 3 months and after several followups got one lock on 04/01/2026 which was wrong model older/outdated version but not the one paid for. Hence requested for return & refund and the same had been picked up on 08/01/2026 and very well acknowledged by them on 09/01/2026. But still following for the refund and now no-one is responding from past 2 months. Not even reciprocated my call & massages.

Technician KP Chary has a lot of experience regarding installation of locks. He has shown us the demo of how the lock works very patiently and is really willing to do the demo twice to thrice. The overall experience is of course a five star!

1. Accept a lower model without refund
2. Pay extra to upgrade

I clearly stated that I expect either proper rectification or replacement with the same A1 model at no additional cost.
