My Short Break Holiday
My October holiday was fully paid in August and two days before I flew out I received am Urgent Relocation email . I called and spoke with Sid who was extremely helpful and assured me everything would be OK. My room was upgraded to sea view instead of garden view at no extra cost. He also gave me his WhatsApp number just in case I needed to call him on any changes which helped me for peace of mind.

I have been on 3 holidays with this company. 2 of which Gregor sorted for me. Everytime I have dealt with Gregor he has always been helpful. Even after the sale is done, he always replies apose to the last agent I dealt with who ignored me and was not helpful. I will recommed to book via Gregor

Worst company ever absolutely dreadful…
Worst company ever absolutely dreadful experience.
This is an Indian company so although they give an address in uk it’s only an address the actual company is in India. They use holiday jet, galaxy holidays and delta holidays and that’s only what I know about. The wrong seats were booked, wasn’t given priority I paid for so I paid £150 extra for certain seats and extra leg room.
It was dreadful
When asking them to sort it out I was ghosted eventually I got to speak to someone who told me I had to speak to someone on the plane !!!
I booked blue seas in Mallorca but when I looked the reviews were horrendous and it was all inclusive (they are still advertising it as such) so I paid an additional £220 to move hotel to nordeste playa it’s basic but nice
So all in all the holiday they advertise as £189 pp ending up costing just under £1000 for 4 nights
I am just glad there was an actual holiday at the end of it
