You get what you pay for, I guess. The tacos were soggy, and the beans in my burrito had a weird, chalky texture. The lobby was pretty dirty too, which didn't exactly make the food feel more appetizing.

I have walked out on several Del Taco locations now as both a customer and as a delivery driver. They consistently prioritize drive thru customers over any customers who got to the counter or put their orders in online first before any drive thru customers pull up. I'm completely done with them. I understand that corporate prioritizes drive thru for metrics but it's still poor customer service to those who ordered first and deserve to be respected on being served on a first come first serve basis. And while many fast food establishments may use this technique to prioritize drive thru, not all of them do. I don't care to come back as a drive thru customer either. I just won't be going back.

Used a to love Del taco. Just ate at the one in Columbus Georgia. The hamburger taste like horse meat or dog food. Worst ever…

We have not eaten at Del Taco for years and decided to try it out today. That was a mistake. We ordered six tacos. They had no flavor and all three of us ended up with upset stomachs. We will never go back.

Love their enchiladas that's all I've eaten there but they are good

first time user, new facility just opened. Slow and poorly put together, ate a little and threw rest away. Opelika Ala.

I was waiting for over 10 minutes in a line of only 2 cars, and still had not made it to the window. I gave up and drove off. In my opinion, they are try to offer too many options on the menu. If it takes 15 minutes per order in the drive-thru, that's not a good working model.KISS- Keep It Simple Stupid. Are you a Mexican restaurant or not?

I had never ordered from Del Taco, but I decided to it a try. Let me say don’t do it. I received only part of my order. Now I have to deal with that!!! Never order from here.

I used to work for Del Taco many years ago! Only place I'll still eat their food after working there! It's sad that in Denver, CO all of the Del Tacos are on the out skirts of town. But I go out of my way to go to the one on 43 Union Blvd, Lakewood, CO 80228 and they have been amazing! With big or little orders! Everything is present and sauce is abundant! Restaurant is well kept and friendly employees!

To start we were missing fries on the $5 special, the tostada did not have coverage. The tostada shells were stale could not eat the prices was .30 more the online menu not delivered, the guac was dark brown. The ticket #330 314 010 078 212 @ 2.00pm amount $17.83. This was the first time ordering from Del Taco My phone # is 505-215-1879.

This restaurant might be racist for the simple fact I went there and saw this manager in a blue shirt listen to this black employee talk about being discriminated on and she said she would help him but while he was going she made racial comments and called him the n word, the racist manager's name tag said Silvia on it. She's a racist but she has good employees under her they all seem respectful but her. She is racist and a manipulator how can she help a black employee but call them the n word while they are leaving, I wouldn't eat there if you don't see more black workers working there. And they need to fire that manager in the blue shirt immediately her name tag said Silvia. If you want to also fight against black discrimination you can go on the naacp.org

Didn't get my whole delivered call Del Taco was told to come in and pick up my burger which I think is dumb since I wanted delivery because I couldn't go to the restaurant.

I was once in Melbourne in Florida, so I had the chance to eat there. Very delicious food and fast service . Loved it !

This was my 1st ever experience with this particular restaurant and the food arrived fast with an sense of urgency and yes I was very excited as well as famished.

This review is for the Del Taco in Palm Springs - When we are in the desert = we take advantage of the little miracle that is the Del Taco on Sunrise. We used to order thru Postmates until.... we started ordering scheduled deliveries on the app. The app does not have all the items but who cares as long as they have the grilled shrimp tacos. OMG so good. Also, we have noticed that every time we order from the app they will send a random extra taco or upgrade the size of our drinks as a little surprise. If you like dairy , their shakes are great and the fries are excellent too. Would love them to add some kind of an Agua Fresa drink to their menu and some kind of jumbo bean and multiple cheese burrito.

I'm writing this as a last ditch effort for someone to appear to care about the service their stores are giving in Northern Colorado.

My family and I love the items on your menu but your stores cannot get our order correct. This is not a sporadic issue, it happens literally every time. We have wised up and begun checking our bags before leaving, often having to be insistent with your staff that they did not load everything into the bags. This last visit the staff missed over half the order and after calling 5 times finally got ahold of an employee to quickly passed me off to the store manager who claimed to write me a literal "I owe you".

Everytime I write to the feedback section on r the website I get a $5 dollar voucher and a generic sorry letter probably from a computer. The solution to this problem is easy. Everytime we use the drive thru we observe 2-4 employees behind the counter literally staring on their phones. Speaking to these same employees feels like you are asking them to go out of their way to do something simple.

Like the title says, this is a last ditch effort to save a prime location from being ruined by poor policy and a clear lack of leadership. I rarely write reviews online but we keep getting disappointed by very visible, simple neglect.

If you are going to eat here, I encourage you to check everything you order and to not be afraid to be "difficult" to get what your hard earned money is buying.
