They don’t deliver they don’t do paybacks it’s a scam

Commande passée le 19 août pour une machine à café Vespa et à part des mails échangés avec Pauline de chez Dellbery qui m'annonce avec un numéro de suivi que ma commande est bien partie, je ne reçois rien.
Je ne sais même pas comment demander à Paypal pour être remboursé

Commandé chez HOLS qui n'existe même pas mais je contiue à recevoir des publicités

Total scam. Do not buy from here! The tracking site they send you is a known scam tracking site, order never arrived. I wish I'd checked a site like this first.

Bought a puzzle stand for my daughter.
oddly enough I never actually bought it from these people I bought it from another company called Christher which had five star reviews they sent me a tracking number and I looked it up the Support said Eric puzzle upon further investigation it lead back Dellberry
So I wouldn’t buy from any of these 3 companies
If I could I would give it a negative star rating I just can’t understand how these people can Still operate.
Normally I would check out the reviews but I didn’t this time Bugga.

Ordered and paid for a stair climber trolley. Been in email contact with them and saying that the order is processed and ready to send. Originally they said posting was 5 7 days delivery. Ordered and paid for month ago. Told them to send my item or give me a refund.

Bought a highchair for my granddaughter, site claimed it delivery would with 5-7 days. 2 weeks later no product websites tracking said it had not been shipped , I emailed and they said it was still being carefully packaged. ITS A HIGHCHAIR NOT PART OF A SPACE SHUTTLE!!!!

Avoid at all cost , or purchase at you're own risk.

Very disappointed and very angry cos I never received my package. They have been sending me emails from the beginning they didn't even provide a tracking number after weeks on end I manged to get kne now all off the sudden they tell me that my parcel arrived om Friday the 8th of August at 15.38 I was at home well I was in the shop next door to my house cos I work there. And I have waited and waited and look on the cameras as well cos they saying they have been dropped but not me. Now they won't pay my full refund cos of their policy. Not just that they telling me to go around the island to look for my parcel when they never provided which courier has took it and which courier has delivered it. Now they won't pay my full refund. This is a big Scam don't traut them don't buy anything

Fake tracking id, when questioned re order, they kept on changing their answers every time: once giving me tracking id details saying order shipped, then another time saying they were having manufacturing issues, followed by changing their word again saying it’s been delivered, then changing again saying they are having factory issues processing the order hasn’t even been sent, there will be delays… then saying they will process refund which never came

ordered a stairs master the seller gave me a tracking number that item never showed up big scam

Ordered a exercise device for 37€ and never got it. Track17 shows delivered but it never was. Communication is terrible

This is most definitely a scam site order chicken coops and tools months to get tracking number and still no coops stated they were delivered but I never got them I continued to try to get refunded the money but they said would only refund half which I argued then they said 24 dollars was all they could do and that's not even half of what I paid and as of yet still no refund

100% scam. Bought a retro gaming console. Never came. The emails replied like it was a scripted message. Don't fall for this. The prices are too good to be true as I fell for this.

Complete scam. Product doesn’t arrive. Refuse refunds.

This company is a scam. I thought I ordered from QVC. Turns out they used that company as a cover. They make vague promises and you don't get your order. They will take your money with no product. Do not order with dellberry. I ordered a mirror before Christmas and they are still emailing me with vague non answers.

This is a scam. And the worst part is they have a customer support system to respond to your emails and enquiries every time you try follow up your orders.

Don’t even deserve a 1. Total scam, took my money and never received my product. Lots of correspondence with vague promises. I work for an attorney so we’re sending a demand letter. We’ll see where that gets me.
