I would like to say that the Delivita flow is a great product - we have now been using it for a month or so. It is a quality, easy to use, well built product that turns out both superb pizzas but is also great for roasts. We have bought a couple of accesories from Delivita and their customer service team have been so supportive and helpful.

Pizza Oven was a good price and arrived quickly

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.

My order was marked as delivered but never actually reached me. I checked everything I possibly could on my end and the parcel simply isn’t there.

What followed was honestly worse than the missing order itself. I had to chase repeatedly for responses, only to eventually be told that because DPD’s GPS shows the driver was at the correct location, they consider the parcel successfully delivered and are refusing to refund me.

Nobody can tell me who supposedly received it. Nobody can provide a name or explain what actually happened to the parcel. Apparently a GPS location is enough to leave the customer without the product and without their money.

It was a birthday present, so after all the delays we had to buy something else anyway.

Completely unacceptable way to handle a missing order. When something goes wrong, this company seems far more interested in accepting the courier’s version of events than actually helping the customer.

I’m now having to pursue the money through my payment provider.

Would absolutely not order from them again.

Great value for money. Works really well, makes amazing pizza, tastes delicious. Used it twice already in 3 nights. Quick dispatch and delivery.

Service was beyond excellent . The oven looks very cool and the resultant pizzas were delicious

Decent product and quick delivery. However they launched a promotion 2 days after I bought my oven for £150 of free accessories. They would have known it was coming when I ordered. I emailed asking if they could have been included and just got a straight no. Could they have included them? Yes, did they have to? No. Shame as it means I probably won’t buy another oven from them.

I have recently had an issue with my oven as the base has cracked, so contacted Delivita for some assistance on the issue under the 5 year warranty that the oven came with when purchased. I was told that because I bought the oven before Delivita's change of ownership (April 2024) the warranty is now null and void and they were unwilling to help. I had a similar issue previously,(pre April 2024) I sent oven some photos and the oven was replaced for a completely new unit, however the new ownership are taking no liability for product defects. I could understand this if the company had gone into liquidation but they are still trading under the same name.So if you bought an oven before April 2024 you no longer have the warranty the oven came with.

Easy to use. Packs away neatly and all the extras are fab.

Looked around comparing multiple ovens and Delivita did the best pro mo so went with them , oh how I wish I didn’t !!! Getting any help from them re product delivery ( now 3 weeks ) and nothing no email phone call nothing . I have rang multiple times times and just get told it’s coming next week etc . I can’t imagine that if their product breaks or faulty your gonna get any sense out of them as you won’t they make the sale then your on your own PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM DELIVITA for your own sanity not to mention wasting your hard earned money I would of given them a minus but couldn’t. If only I could go back I time

Great product with useful accesories all delivered promptly.

Good prompt delivery with the price of the duel fuel oven it would be nice to get few things thrown in . But the oven is great highly recommended

The oven was delivered bang on time, easy to set up and very quick to cook up perfect pizzas once stone gets hot enough

A friend of mine had a Pizza Night on his Delivita Wood Fired Oven, and i was amazed at how delicious the pizzas were and how easy to use the oven was. I had to have one so ordered a Flow Dual Fuel the following day.

It was delivered within 24 hours, and the courier was extremely polite and helpful.

I am absolutely delighted with it, the looks, quality of build and ease of use. It took about 2 minutes to get it set up. I have had it for a week and used it three times already, and the pizzas are first class. My friends and family are loving them.

Customer Service also excellent, i have had a few questions with Vickie who has been great. Very helpful and friendly.

Great product and equally great Pizzas! Instructions easy to follow and the oven makes a great addition to our outdoor kitchen.

I bought a cover for the pizza oven. It's made out definite material ever. And it blows in the wind due to it. Only having one strap to hold it down two.I ordered a door for the pizza.Oven, and it's all wobbly, and it doesn't fit really bad.

I returned my Diavolo. To use the storage bag you are required to remove the hose and regulator as the bag is too small to allow it to remain in place. This makes use of the bag and, so portability of the oven, a hassle which is strange when a small oven such as this should be really portable. Delvita were helpful with the return process.

Ordered the gas Diavolo with accessories. I was called personally to discuss alternative colour the day I ordered due to stock. So really good service and it arrived the next morning. Great little oven and with the included extra items it is great value if you use the 10% off code too 😀 spot on 🤌

I received the Pizza Oven promptly and tested it out today. It's simple to operate and offers excellent value, especially with the additional features. Much appreciated!The only hiccup was with DPD; they didn't attempt delivery before leaving it at the store, where the service was lacking. While not your responsibility, perhaps consider another delivery service next time?
