Awful. Zero stars. The Deliveroo driver stole our Nagomi food order. He screenshot it at our door, sent me screenshot then took it away and drove off. Came straight out door when got delivery screenshot. Gone. Thief. €40.40. Never again.

Received food from delivery with lid off the container, food all over the delivery bag, driver’s box and bag torn due to sauce getting onto it. When I complained to deliveroo customer service they refused a refund for not enough information despite several pictures. Ridiculous. Will never use again

Deliveroo agent confirmed that there are limitations to service that customers are forbidden from knowing.

Have had 8 prior instances of issues with customer service and this time they have admitted that despite there being proof of poor service they are witholding a refund due to limitations that customers are forbidden from knowing regarding their terms of service.

Avoid this service as it is a blatant scam and aparently operating illegally by refusing to publish full terms and conditions.

I am writing to formally complain about the non-delivery of my order
Background:
I placed an order for delivery, and after waiting one hour and thirty minutes with no delivery received, I contacted the restaurant directly, who confirmed the order had already been passed to your driver and directed me to your company for further follow-up.
I contacted your customer service team, both via live chat and by phone. I was informed that the order had been "delivered" and that photographic evidence existed to confirm this. However, when I requested clarification as to the specific location and building number shown in the photograph, I was told that the image was not clear enough to confirm where the order had actually been left.
I was also informed that the driver had attempted to contact me. This is factually incorrect. I was present at my office, awaiting the delivery, for the full duration of the stated delivery window, and received no call, message, or notification of any kind.
Further, my office is a staffed business building with a manned reception desk. Had the driver attended the correct address, reception would have been notified or would have seen the driver in person. Reception has confirmed that no delivery driver attended or made any attempt to deliver an order during this period.
This raises serious doubts about the accuracy of what has been reported, and whether the delivery was genuinely attempted at all.
To the Driver, Betal:
Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and honesty. Claiming an attempt to contact a customer, and leaving an order unaccounted for without verification, is not acceptable.
If you are unhappy in this role, I would suggest considering alternative employment rather than treating customers poorly.

I would not give Deliveroo no stars at all because one of ther cyclists called to my house he went to the wrong addres I tried to help him find the right address it was just around the corner and he started freaking out and shouting at me and I told him I'm trying to help you no need to shout at me he didn't look at me or apologised so I just walked off

I didn’t get a delivery but my friend and I were walking home ( we’re both 16) and 2 days in a row we were harassed by grown men on delivery bikes. The first day a man was cycling on the path and asked us to move, when we did he turned and look at us down low ( not at our face but at our body’s) and said “oh my god” and continued to cycle off but kept looking back at us. The second day a man was cycling on the road beside us and says “beautiful” at us as we were walking by and as he’s cycling away he kept looking back at us and he stopped and started waving at us. No matter what age we were women shouldn’t have to fear this sort of behaviour from men. 2 teenage girls shouldn’t have to deal with this. I’m disgusted!

I made an order at 18:43. It was said the delivery is 30-50 min. Usually it is not more than 25-30 min. But today it took 57 min. Why does it take so long? The rider picked up the order in 17 min. 10 min of ride I do not understand, why does it take so long? Of course there will be no tips. But I really consider to change the delivery service.

The worst delivery app. They don't pay fair rates, don't help with any costs, and insist on that garbage facial verification every 3 hours. Highly not recommended!

Account got banned for no reason

A Deliveroo driver on an electric scooter drove directly at me while I was walking along a footpath presumably to intimidate me and then yelled at me. Impossible to contact Deliveroo to inform them so writing it here on the off chance they read their reviews or even care.

Never in my life using this service again.
I ordered some food from Mcdonalds and added 9 dips to my order because I CANT EAT DRY FOOD, none of them came. NOT EVEN ONE DIP. I sat with the food until it got cold for an hour trying to contact deliveroo, Mcdonalds or anyone. Mcdonalds told me that they couldnt send the dips and couldnt reimburse either, that I had to get in contact with deliveroo. Deliveroo on their hand after waiting lots of times said that they could give me back the dips money and an euro for the trouble, but none other solution. Now I´m sitting with a service/product that is not as requested or ordered, without possibility to return it, cold and which I´m not going to eat because I don't add 9 dips just for the pleasure of it. I understand its just dips for some, but now I cant eat anything from the order because of it. Just cancelled my deliveroo suscription, uninstalled the app; and be sure that I will be requesting a chargeback from my bank. Never using this service again.

My order was missing items. Deliveroo rep on the chat refused to compensate us or to sort the issues. Absolutely disgraceful. Will never use them again!!!!

A scam, advertised yearly fee on gold plan to cancel all benefits one month later.

Unbelievable, I waited 3 hours for food to come, spoke to the restaurant that confirmed the food was ready and waiting. Tried the help app not working. Phone customer service, absolute joke, apparently I needed to phone support 'to complain'. I said I am complaining, then insisted on canceling my order. I wanted my food absolutely starving at this stage. The most incompetent, unprofessional, unhelpful organisation. It was my first time using the service NEVER AGAIN, and still no food... what a JOKE

Scrum bag company !!!!

First there was confusion with the address but I was less than 5 mins away, when I spoke to the rider, he could not understand me language barrier.
I am a loyal customer of deliveroo and I always had my orders placed into my hand, the deliveroo tracker said order was delivered when I arrived at my home, less than 5 mins, there was nothing at my door, it was my turn to order lunch in work, so it was €75 worth off food.
I am trying to get a full refund, from their end it would make good business sense, as I use the app regularly but they will not do this, they have lost a good customer.
I hope business keeps going well for them.

Crushed food items and Deliveroo customer service says “sorry we can’t help you this time”.
Total joke of a company

Poor communication, untrained support agents, riders allegedly taking customers' food while using rented accounts, and a company that appears to take little or no action on customer reports. My order was never delivered, yet I was left without my food and without a satisfactory resolution. Extremely disappointing service.

I ordered food from them but forgot to change my number to my new one. When the driver came i have no idea. I was on my phone and never recived any notfication he was here. I look at the app and my order was missing and then it said it was delvered. I concatacted support and they said it was my fault and so they wont refund me or give me a new order. They just stole my money and food.
