Excellent service

The reason for the 3 star review, I have experienced both sides in using this site.
My first experience was having my van stolen by the person employed from this site to collect and deliver it to Poole.
After contacting the Police, I reached out and contacted DeliverMyMotor. No way to call directly to speak with them,only a messaging service.
It clearly states on the home page that all drivers are VETTED and INSURED but it was quite obvious from the initial response that they were going to be unhelpful. Tried to pass the buck immediately"We are just a service to put you in touch" vibe and not interested in helping.
After a Police investigation, the vehicle was retrieved and later released back into my possession.
Needing to still move the vehicle, some would say stupidly, I tried again with this site. This time I was a lot more diligent about who I instructed to collect the van. I read all the reviews and actually looked into their business background via companies house.
This time around, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jay from TLrec and Bogdan who actually collected the vehicle couldn't have been any nicer or professional to deal with. I would 100% recommend both these guys.
Looking back, maybe I could have done some things differently to avoid what happened in the first instance but also believe their is some false narrative advertised on the site.
If you are looking to employ using this site, please be very careful and do your due diligence!!

Fantastic site, was a little sceptical to begin with as I have never had a vehicle transported and was not going to be available for the handover but nothing was a problem. The driver contacted me directly and we agreed a safe space to put the keys, full photographs and messages through the whole process and a quick video showing the keys being posted through the letterbox and the condition of the vehicle. I wish I’d have found this company years ago! Excellent

Couldn't have been easier to make a request, review the quotes from people almost immediately. I selected the one that looked the best (not the cheapest) and they did exactly what they said for the price agreed. Recommened.

Used this service to transport a car I'd bought on eBay. DeliverMyMotor 'introduced' me to Matt Kervin aka Classic Performance. Paid DeliverMyMotor £99 & the transport company Classic Performance £380.

Will not go into the nuts & bolts but the transport company damaged the car taking it off the transport vehicle. Matt Kervin was very apologetic and assured me he'd pay for the damage. Despite numerous calls, text messages & whatsapp messages he will not return my calls etc.

I've approached DeliverMyMotor who inform me that they are just an introduction service and that any claims for damage must be persued with the Transport Company which would be great if they would engage.

I have asked for copies of Classicperformances Goods In Transit Insurance which have not been forthcoming or business details so we can make a claim through small claims however these also have not been forth coming.

In short its cost me £ 99 introduction fee, £ 380 delivery fee and £ 350 to have the vehicle repaired.

PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU USE THIS SERVICE YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG

DeliverMyMotor has been very helpfull and easy to use.

Great experience using delivermymotor, had my reservations (probably due to bad stuff going on with my car from dealer) but I got some great quotes and picked one that suited me and my driver was great

Booked a vehicle delivery service through their service a company called “ ANT'S AUTO MOBILES (FERGIE FLEET) LTD” has confirmed the job then I paid the fee. After 2 weeks of excuses, they cancelled the job and disappeared with my money. Since then I have been trying to contact “Deliver My Motor” but unfortunately there’s no any contact details apart from generic online form which I have filled it out and sent couple of times without any response so far. This has left me with no option but to proceed with the legal process. Not only this, ANT'S AUTO MOBILES (FERGIE FLEET) has threatened me that they’re on their way my home to fight me for leaving a review in Google. They have copied my full address, name and contact details from DeliverMy Motor platform and emailed to me to intimidate me. This has now been reported to police too.

Absolutely first class. Delivered a donor car to repair my old banger. Collected the donor car from a slightly nervous seller and reassured him very professionally. The car was delivered late but that was because of the dreadful state of the M6 and I was kept updated at all times. Well recommended

I have now used this service twice & each time found it excellent. Very efficient & professional. Excellent value.

Booked a collection, transporter decided he couldn't then do it within the time frame requested. Collection was cancelled. Refund of the deposit paid was issued by delivermymotor within a few days.
Check dates with the transporters before booking.

Terrible service. Took my deposit and then didn’t turn up to collect my vehicle. Nor the next day. Nor the next etc
Cannot be contacted by text. Don’t answer their phone.
It’s meant that I have incurred a lot of costs as storage costs for my car and a lot of frustration.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

No response to emails or help after being let down by the transporter I booked. Had to initiate a chargeback with my credit card to force a refund.
Dont use this service its likely a con.

As a transport provider for the website i can say its been easy to use and has a constant supply of jobs to quote for daily. A great website to connect people wanting to move cars and vans with transport providers.

I’ve been with DMM more or less since the beginning and I can honestly say as a transporter the jobs are great, and the customer service experience is first class compared to other companies in this sector.

We have been using the site for a few months now and have had reasonably well paid and regular work so far with only one problem to date . Will keep working with delivermymotor

First part then best part - Honest review based on newbie trying to work with them as a driver !!

I opened account had trouble loading documents with no contact email to message them with issue - emails not going through

Licence finely uploaded after multiple attempts was verified within few hours

Uploaded my GIT cover been sat 5 days and still pending loosing potential work as jobs without badges gets you nowhere

So did one thing to try to get attention I uploaded a photo of my Truck in the far distance , baring in mind a business which you could see parts of my vehicle graphics “ the don’t allow any such thing “

Low and behold account suspended !!!
Reason, “ profile banner can be seen with logos “

Funny they noticed and acted on this immediately but not to check my insurance and get me on board with them!

Let’s see how quick they reply to this !!

Account back to normal just awaiting insurance to be validated they like to make sure your have the correct road insurance and not just GIT

5stars for the customer service as it should be no faff

Awful service, driver continually coming up with excuses as to why he was late (missed trains etc) he was meant to have the van delivered on the Friday afternoon - 9th may, (he was booked on 7th to collect from Swansea and deliver to Livingston). He said he'd pick up on 8th and have it with me on the Friday. Told me he'd keep me updated every step of the way. I'd heard nothing from him and he hadn't contacted the seller on the 8th so I chased him up and he told me he'd missed his train and was getting a later one. Hours went by with no update so I called again - he's decided he was going to go on the Friday morning - apparently getting a friend to give him a lift (from Leeds!!) again had to chase him on the Friday - he seemed surprised at the amount of traffic on a Friday on the main motorway routes 🤦didn't even arrive til late afternoon (around 3.30) on the Friday. Then proceeded to drive home to Leeds for a few hours to 'have a shower and change of clothes' and left there after midnight, arriving in Livingston at 7.30am the day after it was meant to be delivered. He was messaging me at 1am to say the van had gone into limp mode, told me when he arrived there was smoke coming from the engine into cab etc. he had told me that he'd put oil in before leaving - upon mechanic checking the van when it arrived it transpired that the smoke coming from engine bay was because the oil cap had not been put on properly, sure enough when it was tightened there was no problem. When he arrived I was so stressed and fed up with the situation I just wanted him to leave - he took £50 off the fuel to be paid, I don't think that was sufficient (especially since he added extra to the trip to go home in-between pick up and drop off.....), but I didn't want to deal with him anymore so paid and decided is leave a review and follow up with the company. On top of all this, I received a Speeding ticket for him the following week. I had issues trying to leave a review and contacted the company, their replies weren't particularly helpful and I'd been unable to leave a review on the site. I requested A refund of their fee as I'd booked the driver through them and the service was terrible. They had no interest in my complaint and told me that I'd had the service so wouldn't be getting any refunds - The way they've responded to my emails has been unprofessional at best. When I had no response to my initial email, I emailed again requesting a refund of their fee due to the issues I'd experienced, and their response was:

" No complaint has been made, the job is marked completed, you are demanding a refund for what reason?

Was the job completed? And if not please provide an explanation, you are welcome to report to whomever you like you have provided next to no background to even raise a complaint."

I replied to this clarifying what the issues were and the response was "The job was completed which is what the payment is for and there is no reason to refund a completed job. You would not go to a store purchase all your items keep them and demand a refund, your request is unethical".

Avoid at all costs, unless you want Frank Spencer delivering your vehicle. It's put me off every using a transport service again
