Great service and amazing flowers.

These guys were great!! Amazing service so quick and perfectly excuted.

Flowers I chose from the website were not available, then second choice were never delivered. Can’t get a response from the company.

Really bad experience with this company. They had advertised a gift pack of mini Toblerones that it turns out they didn't have. They just sent random other Toblerone products instead. When I complained they said they had tried to call me to let me know they didn't have the product in stock, but I don't believe this, as I don't have any missed calls. They offered a refund but not including the postage which was an extortionate £16, and more than the order itself. I took a chance on an unknown company because it was the only place that had the product I wanted, and I paid the price for trusting them. What's even more disappointing is that it's still on their website, and will likely trick someone else in future. I would advise against buying from this company.

The delivery time from order was great; but disappointed at the size of the bouquet and packaging, as did not reflect what the image portrayed.

Simple process even though I was ordering from Australia. I found exactly the arrangement I was looking for. The recipient said that the flowers were exactly what they would want to receive.

If you don't want to spoil your surprise or wedding etc.....Do not order from this company.!!!
We ordered a Sympothy Flowers with 1-2 days delivery and flowers not just was delay but never arrived!!!
The company saying its been delivered but not replying for my emails with confirmation of address or picture it's been delivered.

I ordered a bridal bouquet for my big day. Flowers arrived on time but didn’t looked fresh, some of the rose petals were already dry and yellow. Very disappointed as I couldn’t take any close up pictures of the bouquet

Paid extra money for a Sunday delivery so the bouquet was fresh, it arrived a day early. A couple of the roses had a small amount of brown on them. Original plan was to store in fridge overnight, but have had to store for 2 nights. Unfortunately more brown on petals has appeared. Very disappointed.

Incredibly poor customer service, with threatening emails from them as I questioned their service. I ordered specifically for a Sunday delivery, I live in US and wanted to surprise my sister for her wedding in the UK. They delivered on a Saturday instead and completely ruined my surprise. I disputed this with them as I have an order confirmation stating Sunday delivery, to which I was told to read their delivery policies. I had placed a hold on my Amex charge and was told they would sue me if I don't remove complaint. POOR service all around and need to work on customer service skills.
Quick follow up, I was told to day that complaint about a messed up delivery was inappropriate language, here's the email they reference:
Quick update, since you threatened me, I have lifted the Amex dispute, it will take 7-10 business days to clear. I did try to call you but nobody picks up , you must be so busy. Also as promised I have posted a review on Trustpilot with special shout out to you .
I suggest you review emails sent confirming orders moving forward, mine said Sunday delivery and unfortunately no sub text saying I should read your delivery policies.

Flowers arrived promptly, and looked great!

The bouquet was as described, the delivery service, Royal Mail, however was not able to keep discretion and confirm a delivery time that was convenient with the receiver as requested.
Shame, would not use them again until they change courier.

The sweet peas were perfect and my friend who received them was delighted by them

I wanted a particular colour flower that wasn't in season and they went above and beyond to source the colour and get them delivered. Fantastic service xx

This wasn’t just flowers. This felt like someone poured heart into it. My partner said it was the most beautiful bouquet she’s ever received. She kept taking pictures of it from every angle We dried some of them to keep. Thanks for making her smile like that.
