I am so disappointed with this company. I booked a city break to Barcelona via wowcher which ended up being a completely waste of money (1 day only out of 3 paid for due to poor flights) so I had to end up changing all the details to actually have some time there. My representative told me the hotel is in Barcelona, it is not. I was also told the airport I was going to was just 30 mins from the hotel and not to add on transfers as it would be cheaper to get a taxi. I made the booking on the phone trusting the agent to then find out after that the hotel is 30+ mins from Barcelona and an hour from the airport. I then phoned back up to add on the transfers and then said I couldn't, which is very dodgy. I work for a travel company and this is just a major red flag. I am now going to have to spend what it would have cost to stay in the centre in taxis. I'm so disappointed. I knew when I saw the offer it was too good to be true and I'm so gutted I just didn't arrange myself like I normally would. I now just hope everything is ok when I arrive!

UPDATE: I managed to change my hotel for a supplement and all was ok when arrived. I also received a call from the manager to explain the situation in more detail, which I understand. I believe if I had booked directly with Plenty Holidays from the get go and choose the hotel / airport myself to begin with it would have been a 5* service. I believe issue here is their contract with Wowcher trying to get clickbait offers. I have changed my rating as I was able to change my holiday in the end but as it has costs me a lot more money and time I cannot put as 5*.

Lee was exceptionally patient + helpful in booking our all inclusive holiday to Cyprus. He found us very good deals on everything we needed (flights, travel, upgraded rooms) and I would recommend him to anyone who wants an easy + good value holiday booking experience.

Aldrin was very informative and friendly. No pushy sales and offered to ring us back when we had checked availability with work commitments. Thank you

I called Delight Holidays for some help planning and booking a holiday for our group of 9 people. I received an exceptional service from Aldrin who has talked me through various different flight/hotel options across different European countries. I was on the phone to Aldrin for almost 2 hours and just wanted to write this review as he has been very helpful.

I can’t thank Lee Smith enough for his amazing effort and time spent searching for a better hotel after we booked the first one blindly for very cheap price on the spur of the moment. Trip Advisor reviews absolutely slated the hotel but I never read them until after tge booking, which was non refundable !! Lee made a very special effort for me and found the most amazing hotel for a replacement at the same times and dates. He spent over 2 hours on the phone sorting out the price and availability for our 5 passengers on a very limited (4 days till we go). I will always use this company in future and will follow Lee to whichever company he goes to after because he is the best ever !!!

Was the best experience dealing with aldrin I have not been away fir 15vyears threw ill health this man could not do enough to make sure thst all my needs where set in place I shall definitely recommend this company to anyone going to Europe or further afield

After speaking to Lee Saunders and him taking the time to make sure my holiday was booked properly and going out his way to try and help with dealing airline on my behalf I woukd recommend delight holidays.

Had to ring quite a few times to sort out the finer details of booking but it has been sorted now thanks to Joseph.

Phone answered quickly and Joseph dealt with my enquiry as quick as possible. When my chosen hotel was fully booked he quickly came back to me with suitable alternatives at a cheaper price and taking my personal circumstances into consideration.
Would use them again to book. However my only criticism, is not being made aware of the £20 pp booking admin fee until checking all the holiday details via email before confirming the booking.

Joseph was very friendly and efficient he made the booking easy and it was easy to get hold of him when I wanted to ask a question. He replied promptly to emails.

Found aldrin very helpful throughout but found out somany xtras to pay for including £20 each payment admin fee now had to pay for transfers n parking also plus xtra luggage so ask about all the xtras before booking
