Remarkably easy to find what you want, and shipment is prompt, with fair pricing.

was bad before the buyout- now it's worse
1. Consistent shipping method issues- for 5 months before being fixed (Net 30 account)
2. Multiple invoices for a single order.
3. You make the customer ask for invoices (you don't send) and it takes 24-48 hours before they show up as an email.

order was placed May 31 and still not received! No communication, web site to track order has been down several days making it impossible to check on my order. Called customer service and was told to call back next week and MAYBE the system wouuld be back up. Not aceptable!
