Los pedidos tardan bastante en llegar.

Finalement pas un scam. Les habits sont arrivés avec plus de 2 mois d'attente. Ils sentaient très fort la cigarette, le service client est inexistant et le colis fut envoyé dans un point relais au lieu d'être envoyé chez moi. Mais les vêtements sont très qualitatif, le colis est personnalisé avec des petites attentions.

ordered first of january, one and a half months later I didnt't receive anything but 5 emails saying: "The shipment could be delayed but ignore this email if it arrived already." So they don't even know themselves where the package is. I don't care about the 50 bucks but this store definetely sucks :)

Pedí una sudadera hace más de un mes no me ha llegado nada el código de envío no cambia de proceso no contestan a los correos ni a las llamadas son unos estafadores no compréis.

No es una estafa, es una empresa pequeña que tras viralizarse en Instagram ha tenido una cantidad de pedidos desmesurada, por lo que les ha costado sacar los pedidos adelante.

En mi caso realicé el pedido el 22 de diciembre y a 7 de febrero aún no estaba enviado, lo más normal teniendo miles de pedidos por gestionar y siento 1-2 empleados. Yo les he solicitado la devolución del dinero a través de la web de Shopify y me la han aceptado sin problemas.

Se entiende que no es ninguna estafa si no un problema de personal con una cantidad enorme de pedidos por sacar.

Al igual que el resto de reseñas, hice un pedido el 20 de diciembre, y después de un mes y medio aquí sigo esperando mientras ellos sigue sacando más drops, parece una broma todo.

Ordine effettuato a metà dicembre e mai arrivato. Mail di scuse e rassicurazioni ma ad oggi niente è arrivato. Assolutamente sconsigliato

I placed an order back in December. After weeks of silence, I had to resort to messaging the owner’s personal account and his friends just to get a response. The owner, Adrian, constantly played the victim, claiming he was 'on his own' while simultaneously running paid ads on Instagram to lure in new customers.
Here is the timeline of the scam:
1. The Lie: On Jan 21st and Jan 27th, I received emails claiming 'ALL ORDERS SHIPPED'.
2. The Fake Tracking: I was given a tracking number. It has been stuck on 'Label Created' (Pre-registered) since Jan 19th. Today is Feb 4th. This means he generated the label to shut me up but never actually handed the package to the carrier.
3. The Blocking: When I confronted him about the fake shipping status, he accused me of being a 'bad person', refused to resolve the issue, and finally blocked me on all social media channels.
4. The Disappearance: The support email now bounces back with a 'Address not found' error. He has effectively cut off all communication while keeping my money.
This is not a 'delayed' business; this is theft. He takes your money, generates fake shipping labels, runs ads claiming 'stock available', and blocks anyone who asks for their product. Report this to your bank immediately.

I ordered clothes of this brand never received anything. I’ve got scammed.

Awful. I've ordered almost 2 months ago and nothing. Received a tracking link about a week ago but it is in "pre-admission" since and not changing...quite ironic to pay for shipping when this happens.

Never buy, he deactivated the comments so that we wouldn't write about orders that were never shipped, it's a scam

scammers, iets besteld nooit niks ontvangen zelfs geen trackingcode. mail gestuurd zehma werkers druk met feestdagen enz. binnen paar dagen zouden ze opsturen dikke cap paar weken verder en nog izhen moer. ver wegblijven van deze lage loon strijders.

I placed an order on December 19 and received an official order confirmation for ORDER #2300. Since then, the experience has been extremely frustrating.

Customer service does not respond to emails. I have contacted them multiple times and either received no reply at all or no meaningful response. Even after requesting to cancel my order, I am still waiting for any confirmation.

There has been no clear communication, no accountability, and no proper customer support. This level of service is unacceptable and has completely undermined my trust in this company. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering here.

Hice una compra el dia 4 de Diciembre. Se retrasaron un poquoto, pero llego todo bien.

Al igual q otra persona q ha comentado, llevo más d un mes para recibir una simple prenda. A mi también me han dejado de contestar y puede que tengan problemas internos pero que no cobren el envío si tardan tanto.

Ordine mai arrivato nonostante mi rispondessero con false informazioni alle e-mail. Non fidatevi

Hice una compra el 6 de diciembre y estamos a 28 de diciembre y siguen sin enviar el producto. Tras numerosos emails solo dan largas para enviar el producto. Les dije que quería la cancelación ya que llevo casi un mes esperando el producto y de repente dejan de responder.
