Terrible customer service. They did everything they could to refuse my return, hiding behind the “final sale” policy, even though the belt I received looks nothing like the colour shown on their website.

I wanted to return the item because it does not match its online description and presentation, not because I simply changed my mind.

I intend to escalate this matter to both European and US consumer protection authorities, as well as to my bank.

I strongly advise against this company. They are extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

Refused to refund my order, claiming it was “scratched” and “unsellable” upon return, though I returned it exactly as it was sent to me. One of the items even arrived with rusted metal, highlighting their terrible quality control. They find any excuse to deny refunds and shift blame onto customers for poor product quality or inadequate packaging. This company seems willing to go to any lengths, even dishonest practices, to avoid issuing refunds. No wonder they constantly have 30% off sales. Avoid at all costs.
