They are scam artists. Paid them a year ago 5,000 and got no updates despite them promising to sort it out quickly.

They are not genuinely interested in helping customers. After initially contacting them in summer of 2024, they ignored my requests and concerns and a threw a price tag at me. The guy named Chris has been bombarding me with text messages and emails asking whether I'm interested even though I told him to wait. Then, 18 months later, he asked again whether I'm interested. I explained what I need in great detail. Again, he completely ignored addressing my issues, focusing on money instead. I researched the topic and found out that specialists in India can do the same job at the fraction of a cost. Glad I did not pay them. Will not deal with this company and do not recommend others.
