Cheap and cheerful
The shelf unit is of a reasonable quality but is spoilt by the way you have to fit it together with screws that have to be covered with the sticky pads. It spoils the look of the unit and makes it look very cheap. Its easy to put together though.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the assembly process and the use of adhesive pads to cover the screws. Our intention with this method is to ensure a seamless appearance and structural integrity. However, we understand your concern about the impact on the overall aesthetic.
The design choice to conceal joint areas to ensure the invisibility of screw connections might introduce some difficulty during product assembly. However, it's been intentionally designed this way to ensure ease of assembly for customers or assembly personnel. This method adheres to global standards and unfortunately, achieving the same level of aesthetics without this approach is not feasible.
Please know that your feedback is incredibly valuable to us as we continuously strive to improve our products and customer experience. We will take your comments into consideration as we evaluate potential enhancements to our assembly process.

Dilara made my experience great! She was totally professional, polite, and understanding with the issues I had encountered with a piece of furniture purchased. Her response was amazing, within a few days of communication with her, replacement parts were delivered to my home at no inconvenience to myself, and more importantly, at no cost to myself. Dilara went above and beyond, the company she works for must also be understanding in customer needs in resolving issues that may arise, many thanks to Dilara and Decorite, I would certainly order from them again!

Overall a nice enough piece of…
Overall a nice enough piece of furniture for the money l paid and it was heavy. It wasn't the easiest to build as the instructions weren't very clear in parts. I'd suggest marking the unpainted bits on the diagram with little strokes //// so you can differentiate it from the White parts. A couple of the pieces had bits chipped out of them too. But built it looks okay.

At long last, I have found a company that thinks outside the box. Your designs are fantastic & I wish I had room to buy more pieces. Your prices are easy to afford & I was able to assemble it on my own. It looks exactly as it does in the ad. Delighted.

Lovely side table
Delivered promptly, had a bit of "fun" putting it together, but that is down to my ineptitude with flat pack stuff!! The instructions were very good and the table went together nicely in the end.
I love my side table, it's so useful, and very unusual in it's design.

Great experience
Very fast delivery and items in excellent condition upon arrival. The wall shelves (Halic) are solid and durable, two things stand out: (1) Decortie has a clever little technique that allows you to map out drilling holes on the wall without having to draw on the wall and calculate; and (2) I was able to assemble one of our two shelves in reverse as all side edges are presentable, not just the ones that are supposed to be at the front. This way we have two shelves mirrored in two alcoves.

Great customer service despite delivery issue
Purchased a bookcase and despite DHL only delivering one of two parcels, was really impressed with the customer service from Decortie in getting it sorted and organising the replacement parcel quickly and easily.
