Autumn vase and ball are lovely and look like the picture.

Unfortunately the parcel was left outside unnecessarily by delivery despite that I was home at the time of delivery. Instructions specified to leave only if we’re not home.

De service en levering verliep heel goed. Product is zonder beschadiging aangekomen, komende kerst komt het gezellig weer in de woonkamer

Absolutely brilliant, beautiful items and perfectly packaged

It was helpful to have images of the open doors on the advent calendars

The China items were extremely well packaged. And delivered on time. The actual cockerel and hen eggcups are wonderful. Good quality, nicely and colourfully decorated. I’m delighted with them.

Good quality item well packaged and delivered quickly

Ordered and arrived quickly package well packed out

The item (Owl needlefelting kit) arrived promptly and I was delighted to note that is a Scottish product. It was a present for my granddaughter, who has already made her first owl and loves it!

Excellent communication and overall super customer service from start to finish. I ordered a unique hand painted Indian kettle, it was absolutely beautiful in person and far exceeded my expectations. The seller was kind enough to action a rush order for me so it arrived the next day just in time to gift it to someone special. This was after showing me clearer images of the item and different colour variations, to make sure I was happy. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. Will definitely be shopping here again, thank you so much! Sara

The items are lovely, can't wait to put them up. Delivery was quick and items well packaged so they didn't break. All in all a great purchase.

Excellent customer service and communication, dispatched quickly. The purchase was a gift and the recipient was very pleased

Received paua shell bracelet quickly.
It was securely packaged to avoid damage.
The bracelet is well made with a beautiful iridescence and highly polished in rhodium.
The fit is perfect as it has stretch, and when worn looks well put together, people comment that it looks like a bangle.
I love it.

Delighted with fairy sent to granddaughter.

Quick delivery, well packed and item as described.
