I received an order but was not what i had ordered. I have sent numerous emails to the email address and had one reply. I just want my money back do not use this company as the product is very poor and and no service what so ever to resolve this problem. I have now sent 10 emails with no response on how to return the order that is taking room up in my house.

Nest of tables ordered on line and paid for.Goods never arrived after waiting in all day, e`-mail from the couriers stated damaged packageing was the reason for not delivering. e-mailed delacassy,they responded by (will contact you tomorrow) still waiting after 2wks. e-mailed again for response and advised will require a refund promptly,still no reply.Shocking,

The product is good, the delivery was not good at all I asked if I was not home for it to be left in the front porch, which is big enough. I was in the driver did not knock, I have a dog that barks I was not far from the front door, it was left out on the drive, the box broken the product was visible, I went to the drive and the driver said he tried to knock ! He had not I said it should not be left on the drive he just said I have left it with no consideration for my new table or me or the company he was delivering for !! Very disappointed and would stop me buying from your site again due to the courier you use, DPD local

It arrived broken and still waiting for a replacement

Poor quality no delivery until I chased it box arrived damaged asked for refund expected to return and re package at my cost big mistake never to order from them again

My tables finally arrived a week but i love them thank you so much

Ordered a set of 3 nest tables and I am shocked at the quality of these. A waste of £80. Firstly delivery was late and the tables were sent to my neighbours address instead of mine. Secondly the packaging of the tables was ridiculous, the tables were not packaged properly and the tables are of a very poor quality too. The table is damaged and the legs are also rusty and looks like its a second hand table that has been posted out. I am unable to contact anyone as the company isn't responding to emails or Instagram messages. Please dont waste your money on this scam of a business. The worst experience I've had.

Never received my side table so had to contact them to cancel the order after 3 weeks of waiting.

They eventually refunded the same day.

We ordered 3 piece side table pluse coffee table, the side tables arrived but coffee table didn't and nobody notify me what's going on with other piece

Very good table and fast delivery and great price

Product itself is good but assembling quality is bad
Customer services responds very good and delivery was very quick
The product looks bad when arrived finger prints all over, glue and adhesive trace all around they look like used in first inspiration because of bad assembly and dirt but after a heavy wipe with spirit it looks better
Please improve your service quality

Item was damaged, so didn’t accept delivery. Have requested a refund for over a week and not getting any response back
