From start to finish, the process was top draw, really impressed with the service cost and delivery.... The service was very professional and friendly.... I'll be definitely using Deck supermarket again.

Great website. Was recommended by the company that installed our decking.

Great service. Quick delivery and very well packaged.

Very quick delivery and within the delivery time estimated.

Really nice people I highly recommend them .

Honestly, just a fantastic experience, nothing seemed to much trouble . Phoned me back twice, to make sure my order was correct, you can’t beat that. Arrived on time, nicely packaged ( glass) just perfect 👍, thanks very much, keep up the good work 🥰

Had previously bought but guests had broken 1 and I wanted to replace 1 and have a spare. I couldn't find my previous order to see what colour I had previously bought. Emailed Deck supermarket. They found my previous order, sent me an invoice and dispatched within 24hours. Also emailed me to say had fully charged them before packing so all good to go. Fantastic service.

The skirting was cut down to reduce delivery costs but was still possible house it all. It was delivered to my daughter within a couple of days of placing the order.

Prompt delivery, helpful telephone service with guidance of product.

Very professional from start to delivery.

Very smooth ordering process and Greg was also very pleasant and helpful. Speedy and efficient delivery service. Quality of the product was excellent. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thanks I would certainly recommend this company.

Purchased stainless steel posts and glass over the phone ,brilliant customer service and a speedy delivery would definatley recommend .

Very pleased with decksupermarket from start to finish.
Sarah who dealt with my queries was very helpful and pleasant talked me through everything then ordered it for me. She told me approx when it would be ready for delivery which was right. She ordered the delivery for a time that suited me then it was delivered on time. It came on a pallet which we managed to get down from the truck (otherwise it would have been to handball). The person that erected it was pleased at how everything was marked up with step by step instructions and the railings etc just clicked into place. He has never done a decking before.
The only downside was the step and handrail had very little if any instructions which was a bit annoying but he managed. Seems to be good quality material and sturdy.
Very happy with decksupermarket.uk Thank-you
