Edit update (August 3):

Once I understood that for some weird reason my phone was showing a spam warning for their calls, things got underway. Now I'm enrolled (thank you, Anthony!) and everything is looking up, making it no problem at all to change them to a 5-star rating. It really was very easy and understandable. Before I proceeded, I looked up the company with the BBB, and they have an A+ rating. That relieved a lot of my worries.

I'm beginning to wonder...
The website wouldn't work for me, so after a few rounds of telephone tag I talked to a person, we did the preliminary. She said it would be referred, and I'd be contacted.
I need to point out that I have lots of doctor appointments, so telephone tag is normal.
The company would contact me by text, I'd arrange a callback time (also by text). I call, get voicemail, no problem since they surely handle a multitide of customers. I leave a message asking them to text me so I can call them back, because

Google android shows their number(s) to be spam.

My phone automatically reroutes spam calls, I have no idea they have happened, unless they leave a voicemail. And then, a different person calls, it's spam classified, I get a message, I call back immediately and get voicemail.
I'd like to get the ball rolling.
Are they really not spam?

It was so easy! They very patiently answered all of my questions & thoroughly explained each step of the process to get out of debt.

I answered a mailer online for a pre-approved loan at 6.99%. I was not able to complete it online and they had to call me, which is automatically one star gone. If I wanted to talk on the phone I would call. Then, when they called, the gentleman told me there were lots of options and he couldn't tell me what I was approved for until he looked into my credit and income and everything. The mailer was completely misleading and I was apparently not pre-approved for a 6.99% interest loan. I would stay away.

UPDATE - Thank you for your response. It appears Debthunch meant to say "prequalified" not "pre-approved". Hopefully, in your future correspondence, you will correct this.
