Steve Modde was very freindly and patient with me. I had given him my concern about being scammed in the past from someone claiming to assist me with my debt payments. He assured me that this program was legit and I would not have to worry. I felt comfortable speaking with him and sharing my personal information. I look forward to have this debt reduced so that I can breath a little easier.

James was very sympathetic and empathetic to my situation. He was very thorough with the information that I needed to know. He gave me certain information that gave me reason to trust him. I have other companies call and tried to get mat to pay large amounts of money and asked for information that they should have had. I have to be honest, I did not expect what I got when I made this phone call. My student loan payments were killing me.....and I just could not get ahead of them. On top of that, he was super kind and respectful! His customer service was AMAZING! Here's the thing...I know the government says I don't need help from a third party to get on a repayment plan that I can afford but I also know that I would have never gotten this far without professional help!
