It was an ok experience
It was an ok experience. The customer service representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable. But spoke in a manner where I wasnt really being given time to stop and think about how I wanted to proceed and that I need to make that decision there and now. Plus I had to pay $50 just to start the process.
