Worst customer experience. They make returning an item nearly impossible even though they guarantee a full money refund on their website. In reality they won't let you get a full refund. Instead they will offer you a 20 or 30 or 40 percent refund. Even when I said I would accept that, I never received a refund. This company is a total ripoff!

I never received my product! I contacted the customer service and I was told it was delivered. I never received it, my neighbors never received it. But the company claims to have delivered it with no proof of delivery! I think it is a scam to steal your money! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, they will no make it right. No refunds or exchanges on lost in the mail items. Save your money, buy from Amazon.

It was not disclosed that the shirts were coming from China. I experienced sizing issues before when I ordered online. I ordered 2x, but they are more like a large, can't even get them on. Asked for a refund and was told I would only hey 20%! What a scam.

I ordered 3 of the Dear Person Behind Me Hoodies which were $44.99 each, total of $134.97.
The hoodies come from China first, then their warehouse in California.
The Hoodies are of poor quality material and I send an email requesting a Refund.
They are only offering a 20% refund for all three hoodies.
I would not order anything from this company.
I am battling with them right now and who knows what will happen!

This company is a scam. When I ordered my hoodie, the web site offered a 30 day money back guarantee. When I attempted to return mine, I was told I could only get a 20% refund. I pushed back and now they offered a 40% refund. I pushed back again they offered me a 60% discount. That was the best refund they could offer me. They claim to honor a dead woman's words while supporting mental health. Total lie. They are monetizing her words for financial gain. Really disgusting.

I never received my order. First they told me my address was incorrect and item could not be delivered so I verified my address. Now they tell me it was delivered and sent me a link showing a Texas address instead of my address in California. All these communications are done via email and email takes 7-10 days to answer. It’s been 2 months since I ordered it.

This company is not legitimate. Beware! Their message of helping by donating 20% of their profits for mental health is laughable!

Initially loving their message I ordered a sweatshirt! The confirmation email said I ordered a small black t shirt. I tried contacting them within minutes to fix this computer glitch.

There is a button on the confirmation you can hit to retract an order. The site would not allow this!

I emailed daily and basically got a “bot” answer with no name or number to call.

I was told the order had been processed!

I’ve lost my funds and never received the product!

This company is not legitimate nor doing well. It would be far better to donate $10 plus to a local nonprofit

I was so hopeful. Ordered in November…weird tracking number says it was delivered it wasn’t. Have 12 emails back and forth with the company with no clear anything. Just probably AI placating. I am about to turn them in to my government credit card for fraud. So disappointed. They could have done better.

What went wrong this time? This time?? EVERYTHING!!!! I ordered these on Dec 19, 2025. I have received nothing. No update, no shipping info, nothing. After I sent a one star review I got an email saying, “ we so sorry, we so busy, we ship soon”. But then nothing!! Want a better review??? Send me my merchandise!! Soooooo quick to take my money, so slow to respond!!

i ordered three sweatshirts, supposedly 80/20 cotton poly. i received three foamy sweatshirts, with no material content label or anything besides a very small label with size on it. tried returning, received 20% off email, said no, received email offering 40% off email. said no, received email offering 60% and final offer. waiting to see if that happens. sizing completely off, medium and extra large almost the same size, but fabric completely untouchable.

They did actually send a hoodie. It’s crappy foamy 100% polyester not a comfy hoodie.
I am 5’4” and it’s so short it doesn’t even cover my stomach, only halfway. I’d say at least 2 sizes too small.
In trying to return the hoodie, they offered a 20% refund for me to keep it.
This company appears to be in China, not a woman who lost her sister to suicide. Smells of a scam.

Ordered 2 Tshirts and 1 hoodie. I have tried to get status a few times. It takes days to get a response telling me to use their tracker. Every time that I do, says no order found. I was lead to believe that my shipment would arrive prior to Christmas, it is now 12/24.

Their response email tells me that due to demand orders are being filled overseas. #1 They should have shut down sales once they ran out of on hand stock. #2 Their greed for sales (including unfulfilled ones) has made many frustrated and will likely suffer with a lack of return.

Honestly I am highly skeptical that they send any proceeds to fight mental health issues.

I purchased a sweatshirt for my husband and he loved it but the sizing is small and it didn’t fit him. He has always worn a large shirt and it was too small. I returned it to where they said to, and ordered the exact same sweatshirt but in XL and I have never heard back from them again. I have tried emailing several times but got ghosted. This was 9 months ago. What a waste of money!

Horrible quality. As others have mentioned the fabric feels like plastic and they refuse to give full refunds. Stay far away!

Really bad and cheap material. Hoodies are not cotton and they are just cheap shiny material and really thin.

The material of the hoodie is a joke.
Zero cotton. It's all nylon and other horrible, scratchy, cheap synthetic materials.
They are unwearable.
