Absolute first class service

I’ve been buying coffee beans from this website for a while now and I’m always impressed with the quality. The beans are fresh, aromatic, and make a perfect cup every time. Delivery is fast and reliable, and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommended for anyone who truly enjoys good coffee.

Great coffee. Lovely smooth flavour. Fast and efficient delivery

Great tasting coffee, great selection of blends,

Fabulous coffee. Order regularly always freshly roasted beans, delivered promptly.

Fabulous coffee and fantastic company too. We've nothing but praise for Dear Green and highly recommend to anyone 😍

Prompt service, lovely coffee

Delivery arrived late and damaged. Tested coffee which was undrinkable. Tasted like 2 months old coffee.
Informed seller that delivery was discarded due to damage.
Absolutely nothing but rudeness from customer service. They were not interested.
Opened case with PayPal then offered refund if I send back item (after already telling seller item was discarded). Being deliberately difficult and avoiding any form of blame.
The contract was that they would provide me a service that simply was not met

Despite all of this and numerous emails no response.
Very arrogant company.

Great service, and lovely coffee. They are my go too place to get nice coffee beans that are consitently good

Great tasting coffee, quick delivery, and supporting scottish business. Wat more could u ask for

My go to for freshly roasted coffee beans for several years now. I have a subscription, so get a different single origin bag each week. Every bag has been great, and with some flavour profiles I wouldn't normally try. Superb coffee, superb company.

My coffee always arrives promptly, and delicious! A great way to try out a variety interesting beans. I love supporting a business so committed to sustainability.
