I really love how thorough the app is as far as property analysis and investment analysis however it would be even more useful if we could link it to other apps like Monday and other CRMs to run an analysis for our investment partners against the properties we have on the app. Would like to know if that’s possible?

I have used excel for years and then will screenshot that and send it out clients. Being able to send them a link with the amount of data and presentation quality of Dealcheck has been extremely helpful.

DealCheck has save me countless hours analyzing properties. I've tried using spreadsheets and calculators from competitors but they were all tedious and time consuming. DealCheck keeps me focused on what's important... analyzing lots and lots of deals in a small amount of time!

Dealcheck is amazing. I've used it off and on for a number of years. We're looking at buying a property again and I've been adding in prospective properties to assess them.
It would be useful if I could track key dates and optionally receive notifications, e.g. when the property was first listed, when the auction will be held, when the Sale will be closed, etc.

I am so glad I came across DealCheck. As a new investor in my education stages, DealCheck is really helping me understand the difference between good and potentially bad deals. I look forward to analyzing new leads as they come in.

I was looking for an inexpensive way to analyze deals quickly and on-the-go. Coming from a pricey BiggerPockets Pro membership, this app hits the nail right on the head. DealCheck provides more analytical tools and metrics for analyzing complex deals. Also, the ability to import property info directly from places like Realtor.com is the cherry on top. Kudos to DealCheck and their development team! I look forward to analyzing many deals in the months ahead!
