All's well that ends well....
I wanted to find out how to return an item that was not quite as expected, and for several days had no reply to my email from Dealberry. I tried again, and a very polite message came by return that no such email had been recieved (casting no blame in my direction) with instructions how to proceed. All very well handled.

GREAT AFTER SALES SERVICE
I sales element of the service was great, on line order process as well as delivery timescale.
I had some issues with the product recently, I am pleased to say the company responded positively and helped resolve the issue.
