After previously giving this company a glowing review I’ve had reason to change this! I’ve received 2 bottles of foundation as the first one wasn’t a good match a second was duly sent out but sadly this one wasn’t a perfect match it was too dark and very sallow I reached out again but feel this time the help isn’t very forthcoming and I don’t know what’s happening with my colour match I just feel like I’ve been brushed under the carpet!

I’ve never had a foundation that matches before! This is spot on. I’m keeping this and finally replaced my previous foundation that I’ve used for thirty years for one that ACTUALLY matches! A*!

The colour is rather pale and yellow but wearable. What I particularly dislike is the flat finish. I ordered a luminous finish but it ended up as very unflattering if compared to other brands. The customer service is very good and I could have changed it but cannot bother anymore. Will not order again. Sorry!

A perfect match for my pale complexion. All cosmetics companies put far too much brown into their foundations, leaving me frantically blending the edges to stop myself having a nasty tide line. Prescriptives was discontinued. I have no idea why.

I purchased this a while ago and when it first arrived, I was excited to try it, after trying another brand that claimed to blend right in with your skin. Unfortunately, I didn't feel this one was a great match, I felt it was a bit too dark for my skin tone...almost orange looking. But soon forgot about it to be honest, mostly because I wasn't really wearing much make up then and thought nothing of it. But recently I used it again and it wasn't my eyes that were playing tricks on me previously,. . I basically had an orange face so ended up washing it off and I guess next stop is the makeup to go in the bin.

While I understand the product might have lost some efficacy or my skin has become lighter as I am not in the sun as much, but it is a shame, I had high hopes.

Absolutely brilliant...I can't imagine ever going back to a non-custom blended foundation now. The foundation does take a little more work to apply evenly to the skin than some others but you really can achieve a beautiful finish so it's worth persevering. However, what really sets this company apart is the exceptional customer service. They're responsive and always really helpful, this means that you can order with confidence and if there are any tweaks to be made with your colour, this can be organised quickly and easily. I'm a very happy customer and I also get compliments on my skin which for someone who isn't in the first flush of youth is nice to hear. Thanks dcypher!

Cannot fault this company or the products. My first foundation was a little too light for me so I filled in a few more questions and my ideal foundation was delivered with the week! I never thought they would be able to match ur skin so well, but they certainly do! They also require no more money off you to do it again, it’s sent free! I know no other that does this. No more wasting time and money looking. I have the perfect one thanks to Dcypher. For those of you that are still unsure, just go for it. You will not regret it.

This is my 2nd bottle of foundation & 1st of the custom drops both required adjustment as the colour wasn't right. Followed the procedure -just another photo on their website- for this & I received a free colour adjustment of both & they are a perfect match, thank you!
Both foundation & drops are really lovely to apply & doesn't sit in 'crevices' & fine lines, lasts all day too even in this recent hot weather.
Dcypher are an amazing company & the customer service is excellent, quick to reply to communication & so helpful. I only wish I'd found Dcypher sooner instead of wasting money on various other foundations in the hope, the colour would be right!
So, off to purchase their concealer now. :))

High quality foundation, got a superb match on the second try, great customer service. Highly recommended, I think it'll also save money in the long run as most foundations are always a little bit off and trying them one by one is time-consuming and costly.

Love that this company matches your colour. Bought the foundation and concealer and really happy with them. Initially the colour was a little light, but was an easy process to make adjustments and replacement was received quickly and is spot on! Customer service is excellent and would certainly recommend this company.

Excellent service and excellent product. First foundation wasn’t quite right but they were more than happy to make an adjustment and send another - arrived super quick as well.

Ordered the full coverage radiant foundation. Came the next day and wow !! A perfect match. Very pleased will be ordering the concealer next.

I needed an adaptation made and Vicki was so helpful, going above and beyond what I would have expected. Such personal service - a treat these days. Now I have a fabulous foundation and concealer that is a perfect colour match for me. Very happy :)

I ordered the Hero Set after hearing Sali Hughes recommend it. The colour match was perfect but I wasn't happy with the coverage. I contacted customer services, who were really helpful, and sent me a sheer coverage version at no extra cost and I am hooked. It's great and my brightening concealer is a game changer too. Fabulous product and fabulous service. How often do you get to say that?!?

I had previously ordered a Dcypher foundation this winter that came out a perfect match, loved the coverage and the matte finish was good for my oily skin. Now coming into summer with my skin tone darkening, I ordered a new custom foundation to match my tan. The first custom foundation that arrived was too light, so I got in touch with them and they quickly sent me a new and improved shade match which is once again perfect. Cannot recommend Dcypher enough.

I'll be honest I didn't hold out much hope that this would be any good that it was a gimmick, a rip off but I thought I'd give it a go and WOW I'm glad I did.
I am absolutely delighted with it.
In my 51 years I've NEVER EVER been 100% happy with a foundation colour.
However I did think it was going to be too light and too warm toned while it was in the bottle.
I put it on my jawline and it just disappeared, a total match.
I did a full face and I am very happy with the results.
I looked at my product information that came with my order and was stunned to see my undertone nearer the warm than the cool (which I always thought I was, blue veins in wrist).
I'm happy that its not sat in my undereye wrinkles. It works well with my concealer (I use Fiera. I'm not sure their concealer will be OK for mature skin).
Just hope it doesn't melt off my face after I've set it properly.
Very happy to use this from now on.

I was skeptical about this concept, but wow, they nailed my skin tone. Speedy delivery without a hitch. I tried the concealer first and once my current foundation runs out I'm trying Dcypher's next.

Revolutionary product and service.

I think I’ve found it, the holy grail foundation!! I have spent/wasted sooo much money on foundations over the years trying to find the one. I would try something new monthly. For reference I’m pushing 50, incredibly fair sensitive/eczema prone skin and want the “it’s my skin but better look” and fragrance free. Can never get a match either too pale, too dark, too pink, too yellow, too heavy etc etc. Tried this on a whim and can’t believe the colour match, right first time!! Took a minute for me to get the right formula, turns out ultra-sheer luminous is for me. Got the natural sheer first, still nice but looked more done up and ultra sheer is perfect for Lidls 🤣 I never write reviews although read them all the time so thought it only fair. Company dealt with formula change and slight bottle issue most generously. Can’t fault them and concealer is best I’ve ever tried. Got both brightening and skin tone. Skin drops not for me I find ultra sheer foundation is more natural but everyone’s different. Hoping this company moves onto bronzer and blush tailored to tone too! Delighted 😁

I’ve had my skin analysis and the website came up with my skin colour which they called a combination of numbers and letters. There was an option underneath available called “email my analysis”. As I was interested to find out what my skin undertone is, I provided them with my email address in order to receive an analysis. I’ve never received the analysis but they now keep sending me random advertising emails.

This kind of marketing tricks make me lose trust in a company at this early stage so I’ll not be ordering anything.
