Contacted DCU for a credit charge dispute with a online action. Josh verified my account and gave me the information to help rectify the situation in a pleasant and efficient manner.

Stephanie was great to work with. When we could not get the DCU web site to work with Microsoft Edge, she helped us set up a Chrome account to get logged into our DCU Account. She was great and we were able to make the transfers to our accounts that we needed to do.
Unfortunately, when we tried to utilize the Chrome account to log into DCU, we were back to the same issue that we had with Microsoft Edge.
We will be contacting the DCU Customer Service team again tomorrow to see if this issue can be resolved once and forever. Thanks, Bill and Sue Fischer

Malina was very helpful in getting me the information I needed on my locked account in a few timely manner as I was trying to deposit funds but had no clue the account was closed! She also gave me the information I needed to get things moving smooth and as soon as possible

I really appreciate Jas, for helping me through the process and made it seem so easy, very warm, has a great attitude, pleasant in communication and has immense knowledge. DCU is easy for any banking, credit card and loads, has competitive interest rates. I am happy with their service. Highly recommended.
