There is never any friction or difficulty in administering our engagement with DCA Virtual. Billing is always correct, timely, and fair.
Their "team" approach ensures that our services can be received uninterrupted, which is something that we not only value, but respect because we take the same approach with our own service delivery.
Normally I don't like working with service providers by the hour. However, the DCA business model is smart. The entire team frequently suggests, "Would you like me to _______?" and there are two reasons why I LOVE this: [1] their suggestions are always valuable, not wasteful or low-value, and [2] the fact that this is a consistent phenomenon across the team tells me that DCA is here to stay; they don't leave money on the table. The last thing I need is to have my firm count on a VA team that isn't sustainably constructed and one day could be out of business. So I greatly enjoy that consistent process.
I have recommended DCA Virtual many times and I have no reservations about continuing to do so.
