Update: Feb 6th and I’ve had email notifying me that my refund is on the way!

I would give zero if I could, I too thought I was buying from Debenhams! I ordered twice in error for the same thing, contacted them immediately to cancel one, they said they couldn’t cancel order but I could return once it arrived, well I have been trying since 17th Dec and I’m going round in circles

Ordered some sheepskin slippers. First came up as Debenhams, but then realised- after payment - that was a third party seller DBZ. It still said Debenhams DBZ. No slippers. Tried to email them but email returned as unable to delivery to email address. Contacted Debenham's customer service. I have had replies and they seem to recognise the order number and tracking number. After not being able to track the parcel, last week I went onto tra king and found out that the parcel had been returned to sender by Royal Mail. Reason? -address not correct or didn't exist. I paid by PayPal so don't get that. Determined to get a refund one way or another, but judging by previous reviews, that's not going to be easy! Finally had a refund - but after raising a case with Paypal. No more emails from Debenhams. Resolver were helpful - but because I paid through paypal, that proved to be the easiest way to resolve the issue.

Made an order via Debenhams that was broken down into several parts. The part of my order coming from DBZ Partner has never arrived. EVRI says the parcel was dispatched on the 2nd December, it’s now the 27th December and no sign of my perfume. EVRI tell me to complain via Debenhams but I know they’ll ask me to contact this partner which judging by all the reviews on here mean one of two things 1) I won’t ever get my item and 2) I won’t get a refund. I’m going to chase for as long as possible, and report to the relevant ombudsman, as I refuse to be conned out of a purchase that cost me nearly £60.

Disgraceful service. Paid for a next day delivery ( item purchased 23rd) which was a Christmas present and still waiting for the present.
They advertised next day but it’s actually over 3 days.

why is this company allowed to trade.
i ordered from, what i thought was debenhams online,
returned 1 item early november, and am still waiting for my refund. email just advises that refund has been initiated but not processed. been chasing this but still no luck …dont bother ordering, they are rip off merchants

Absolutely a scam!!!! My parcel is lost. Evri have said it is lost. I ordered it over 3 weeks ago. This company / debanhams told me if it was still not delivered by the 17th December they would sort it for me. No response to ANY communication since. Avoid this place and the debanhams website at all costs. You just to have do a quick look on social media to see this is a massive problem with this company. Scammers and robbing hard working innocent customers!!! Quick enough to take the money .

I left a review on Trust Pilot, regarding my refund not appearing in my bank statements from Debenhams. I gave it 1 star with all negative comments. However I have just received my money back into my account from Debenhams, so I do feel I would now use Debenhams again with caution.

I ordered a load of dresses via Boohoo, knowing I would keep some and return others. I didn't realise they used DBZ.

Im still waiting in a refund of £295. I received email to say that they've received the return and have processed my refund but the money is still not in my account.

Its been over 6 weeks and im still waiting.

Its impossible to contact them and you are just fobbed off when you do as they ssay it's on its way.

Stay away from Debenhams, I would never order from them again. I'm still waiting for my oreder which was supposed to arrive within 5-7days that I placed on the 01st of December and until now the 19th I'm still waiting. Customer service never replied, all you get is an automatic reply that never get follow up with an actual response. The chat messenger isn't replying anymore I never thought something like this could happen from Debenhams. I have a feeling that I might not even receive the order. Extremely frustrating and very disappointing from Debenhams. Unbelievable but true. NEVER AGAIN

This Company are not goodies thought I was buying from Debenhams.
They dont reply to emails and are taking far too long to deal with a faulty product that they sent me
Very poor customer service.

I just want to return this damaged poor quality product and get a refund.

Appalling service, bought something and returned because it was too big. Got a confirmation on the 2nd December the warehouse had received the item and yet I'm still waiting for a refund! Chased it up twice and all they say is its in progress. Never known a company take so long to provide a refund its a joke and starting to think I'll never get my money back.

Ordered 2 French Bulldog glasses on 15th October. Returned the items because they looked absolutely nothing like how they were advertised on the website. I’m still waiting for my refund and money back. Debenhams don’t want to know and keep referring me to a 3rd party supplier called MESOLAB or DBZ Store and they are just as incompetent in resolving the issue as well. Disgusting customer service from both parts. Shocked at this with such a big named retailer. Would never ever use Debenhams again because of this. I’ve asked multiple times to be contacted or to be put in touch with the complaints departments and still waiting for the response over 2 months later. I’ve now disputed this with my bank to get my money back. They’re well out of the legal time limit to withhold my money. Shocking!!!

Ordered 3 separate parcels from what I believed to be Debenhams but now I'm not sure!! Sent all 3 back and they state they have 2 parcels but no third! They were all sent together!

Still waiting on a refund for what is a considerable amount of money! Non existent customer service, no phone number, no email - nothing!

A product ordered and paid by DBZ marketplace Bianca Turner..received an email refund is been processed as the product is out of stock. ..customer service by email or messenger no response ..no other contact. .I will look now at the chargeback process..it feels like they ate scamming customers

I ordered quite a bit on 30/11/25,only 1 item not recieved,I spoke to kai through messenger who was helpful,gave me information and said he would chase it up,contact back on 21/12/25
Only reason for 4 stars is it is a christmas present and being so close to christmas,if it doesnt arrive,I will have to go looking for the item elsewhere with very little time to do so

AVOID!!! AT ALL COSTS IF YOU REQUIRE A REFUND THEY KEEP YOU WAITING FOREVER, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONE EXISTENT. HAD TO DO CHARGE BACK THROUGH PAYPAL.

I’m still waiting for part of my order. Unable to contact them and they haven’t been in contact with me. I’m disappointed in Debenhams as they aren’t helping.

I ordered a blood pressure monitor which was delivered within a few days so OK. When we tried to use it it was faulty. The cuff doesn't inflate. I contacted the customer services both via Whatsapp (before it was disabled) and by messenger. I explained that we needed the item and thus wanted to now what to do. 3 1/2 days later and not heard a thing so contacted them again and said we now didn't want a replacement but a refund instead as we need to source another unit. And so far nothing!!!!! I mostcertainly would not buy from them again

AWFUL! Avoid at all costs! I ordered a tree a few weeks ago and what was delivered was nothing like what was advertised. It was also broken in a few areas so I went into the debenhams website and realised it was an independent retailer. Little did I know it was a scam company and all emails have been ignored. Debenhams cannot allow this to happen!! I feel sorry for all these people awaiting a refund. I will never buy from Debenhams again as it runs the risk of using fraudulent companies like this one. Very disappointing and they should be ashamed taking people's money
