DBS Bathrooms Anmeldelser

Purchased some gloss white pvc cladding from DBS bathrooms , some were gloss white and some were a shade of grey , DBS said I have left them out in the sun which which has made them change colour I have not , I contacted them on the same day as delivery.
They don't want to know !
I am halfway through a project, £170 down and don't know what to do know ?
Shocking response from this company, will never be spending any money with them ever again?

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the team…
Had a problem after my panels were delivered to me, which on contacting the customer service dept was sorted out within 24 hours….
First class service..

I purchased 2 aluminium internal posts for my bathroom, they arrived quickly as advertised on there website . I'm very happy with this purchase

Good product and great service. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt and arrived before promised time. Delivery was to the door from a very helpful gentleman.

The product is ceiling cladding, looks great and was straight forward to fit.

Overall very satisfied with product and service and would recommend to others.

I recently purchased the bathroom wall panel edges for a quick wet room renovation, and it has completely transformed the space.
I made an enquiry on the CHAT first of all and this was really helpful.
My order was received quickly.

Great quality product, delivered the next morning .

DBS had the panels I needed at a good price. Delivery was also a reasonable price and quick. I had checked the panels on arrival but when I came to fit them, I found a small area of damage that would have been noticeable. I contacted DBS and sent pictures as requested and they sent a replacement which arrived within 48 hours. Customer service was first class and would highly recommend DBS

Product is very good but trying to get a response from the helpline/order line is very poor. The phone 'rings-out' without being answered and I gave up. Bear that in mind if you are ordering and may need help.

Excellent communication from order to delivery, you know by their tracking link exactly when delivery will be. Goods packaged very well to protect from damage in transit.

This order was placed in my partner s name Karina Viklund
We placed an order with next day delivery didn't receive them I spent the next 4 days trying to get the panels delivered came close on the Tuesday they had been out for delivery about 8 miles from my house then was cancelled they even drove past my area to get back to the depot all they kept say was it's the courier and said they won't fit on the van very poor experience I can't review the panels as we never received them when I asked for a refund they just returned it no email to apologise avoid

Pleasant customer service. Materials are good, and well made and the finished product looks nice. Advice would be though to watch all of the YouTube videos and ensure you know exactly what your doing and in what order you need to proceed.

Absolutely proffesional, quick dispatch, delivered next day in prestime condition.
All wall panels I ordered look as expected, easy to fitt, very easy to mainain

My plumber recommended this site for replacement bath wall panels. The price difference is amazing, easy to order, delivered when they said they'd deliver, perfect goods.
I am thrilled with my bathroom makeover

We bought white pvc panels for the bathroom and they look great. They have transformed the ceiling. Delivery was prompt and communication was good too. We will be buying more when the time comes to revamp our second bathroom.

The website was easy to navigate making choosing and ordering hassle free. My items arrived very promptly being delivered by a lovely helpful driver. The items are just as described and are so good that I plan to order some more. Customef service is excellent with prompt replies.Definitely
recommend this company.

This is the second time I have used this company and found it to be very good the 4 panels I ordered were really well packaged compared to the first time which was about 8 years ago the delivery was quick and the panels were excellent very satisfied thank you..

Panels arrived VERY badly damaged! ZERO protection under the thin cardboard, and because I was organised, and ordered in plenty of time before I needed them, it was after 30 days when I opened up the box, and so DBS refused point blank to do anything about it!
(Edit - ordered the very end of February and asked about the damage the beginning of May, so only 60 to 70 days, and they were not signed as received in good condition at all, IF, they were signed for at all, it was purely for delivery, as how could I know then they were broken to heck!)

Can’t quite believe that this company is closed on a weekend !!

Ordered 3 times, one delivery had multiple damaged panels at the ends and some right in the middle which was a pain but luckily I had over ordered which allowed for some waste. They offered to replace but wanted me to repackage them ready to send back, was easier to just bin them.
Second order was a smaller one and fine.
Third order had 2 trims missing, I called as soon as I noticed and was told they would send out after the weekend. Never arrived so just got the trims from somewhere local. Also more damaged panels as I worked my way through.

Great service. The bathroom panels ordered were good value for money, easy to install and looked great. Fast delivery too.
