Very easy to use and prompt reply.

Beware. Their DBS check is not accepted with reputable companies. I paid in full and found company I applied for won't accept their DBS check. I asked for refund and was rejected outright by their customer support. Also including Post Office check their fee came to around 100GBP which I found was 40GBP more than First Advantage Group DBS check.

Paid for a very quick turn around. 10 days later still nothing

I applied enhanced DBS and send email to withdraw application within hour on Sunday but still went ahead and process. They are charging more than double fees and do not have contact number to talk to human.

Hi , i try apply for a enchanted criminal records from above company, they said £109, i said ok , I applied and after I applied, I searched on trustpilot thr rating were low , I confused, then I searched all over the places they had bad reviews, so I decided to cancel my application, i emailed them ti cancel , they replied, cant give the £109, rhey will give only £64,

Was advised incorrectly today on my third phone call to simply find my Update Service ID. After getting the information that I required, I planned on cancelling my automatic renewals as I will be leaving the country. They advised me exactly how to do this, I did it whilst on the phone to them. They did not advise that this would cancel my account and that my DBS would then also be cancelled. I called back and had it repeated to me several times that there was nothing they could do as I chose to cancel it. Telling them that I was advised to do so and that is was not my choice seemed to make no difference. They refuse to fix the issue caused on their end. Not worth paying for as you’re paying for a service that you don’t get.

Pure scam of a website. I usually do my due diligence but I was sent this link to carry out a dbs so I assumed it was legitimate. Well yeah all the reviews are correct it is a scam, the positive reviews are left by the business themselves. AVOID

The worst service I've ever experienced. Too many irrelevant security questions and the system does not allow to add your own questions. Completely unhelpful customer support. I haven't received my DBS certificate either. What's the use of your pathetic service if anyone can call it a service

Terrible service - cowboys

Pathetic excuse of a company. Avoid this at all costs, I am currently in dispute with my bank to get the payment for £77 back from these complete dogs of a company, I’d rather burn the money than see it line the pockets of these thieves. Do yourself a favour and avoid these government pretending scam artists.

Simple process, very fast with amazing customer service. Clear communication throughout. Literally can't fault them!

I applied and paid £95 for enhanced DBS and yet to get the certificate. The service israted very poor and unfortunate.

Unprofessional service and unclear information. I canceled the service after 1 minute and they told me that they will refund me the amount paid, withholding 30 Gbp because the case had been started! It was false, because I still had to send the identity documents!

Been 11 days since DBS was applied for and still nothing has arrived. can't start work without it.

Very clear instructions and very easy to do

thought it was a scam but I had applied for basic disclosure not PVG - they are in fact correct

It was very eady to use, and the result was very fast.
