Scandalous, charge more than three times what you can get directly done from government. STEER CLEAR. It also took twice as long, I order both or of curiosity to see the difference.

Like everyone else here I'm ashamed to say I was scammed and mislead into thinking this was a legitimate government affiliated service. I think the number of negative reviews speak for themselves and the majority of good reviews are clearly BOTs. Don't waste your time or your money with these scammers.

I applied for this not knowing the club would do it for me. I cancelled immediately after I submitted application and lost £30 admin fee.

Thought I was on the official disclosure Scotland website as it looked official only to realise that the £79 charge to be disclosed actually only costs £25. Total rip off

Very good and quick service. Very helpful when needed to rectify mistakes due to myself not being very modern technology savvy.

I wish I had read the reviews on here before using this company . I paid £89 for a dbs check the full price was not confirmed and I was never sent a DBS after 20 emails back and form asking for a refund they agreed to refund me £39 and assured me I would be sent a DBS.
I never received the DBS I have now applied on the government website it cost £23 and a received the result in 2 hours!!!.
Pls do not waste time and energy it us much easier receive a DBS not using this 3rd party.

This website take a huge cut as an admin fee if you request a refund . Avoid at all costs . They are also quite happy if you write poor reviews about them . They are nothing to do with the DBS so ignore any links you have found which lead to their website . Clearly wouldn’t pass a DBS test themselves . Buyer be very aware .

DON'T use this company. They will take your payment and not refund in full if you cancel straight away.
Use Government site, it will only cost you £23 for a basic check and not £77 as on Dbs site.
This site gives the impression that you only need your passport number to apply but after payment is made they will email you all the things you need to download and you have to get them verified by a professional or someone of standing. Do the Government site app, much easier and cheaper and you just have to take your paperwork to a post office for them to check.

Dbs customer service is awful. Very rude once you get through to them. I tried several times to get through but it rings and after a while it cuts you off.
