I feel like I'm getting my life back. I'm very satisfied with the product, it has made so much difference. It's a top quality product and does as it should. Delivery was quick.

Total scam! Bestilte et hofte bælte, og fik kort tid efter en e-mail fra support om de manglede mit mobilnr. Jeg har delt mit nr flere gange uden svar, de spørger bare efter det igen. Jeg har nu bedt om pengene retur - stadigvæk intet svar! De har hævet pengene og ikke leveret noget! Køb ikke herfra!!!

Thank you for this great product. Using the hip band several times a day and doing the exercises several times a day, I have seen a huge improvement in my hip. I have had severe pain for 18 months, and it is finally 90% better. I am so grateful.

Good communication in the purchasing process. Appreciated receiving the exercises to promote recovery/management.
The product itself promises to be effective though early days.
Some further information in how yo best position the hip belt to maximize effectiveness would be useful.

Product not despatched for two weeks despite their request for telephone no for carrier given to them....not good after sales...still no sign of product I paid for and it will soon be a month and it is not cheap!!

Leg strap doesn't reach. Charge doesn't last like they said. Hasn't helped. Of course 3 emails to ask for a refund, only heard back twice with same response. They will get back to you in 48 hrs and it's been 2 weeks. Should have read reviews before I ordered. Was hoping it would help with pain but didn't. Won't get scammed again. They give you 30 days to return but probably don't reply til time is over that date then say it's to late.

Order took FOREVER to get here. Box was destroyed when arrived (not Daywick's fault but 3 week initial shipping delay was!). Tried to charge belt and it wouldn't charge--wrote request to send back and STILL NO response. Not impressed at all with customer service. DO NOT count on free 30 day return refund. It's not happening.

Love the concept of the device however the strap that wraps around the leg to hold the item in place is way too short.
The only way I can wear it is by laying down on.

Ordered hip therapy belt… never received it … very difficult company to deal with .. kept giving me a tracking number that never worked … told me they would send a replacement .. never happened .. won’t return my e mails

I plugged it up for one hour it doesn't work at all.. lots of m8ney to spend for something that don't work. Please refund or text one and be sure it work and then send replacement .other wise refund . Don't recall date I tried it

So far so good. My husband has used it every day for a week and he feels it has made a positive difference to his his hip pain

The hip belt arrived quickly and has worked well for a couple of weeks. When a charging fault appeared, they responded immediately. The fault disappeared of its own accord, but, if it recurs, I am confident a replacement will be offered.

It came fairly quickly. Had good instructions and I really like the guidebook with the stretches. I’ve used it for almost a week and I’ve had a couple days where the area actually felt worse than better so I’m still undecided about how much I think it helps.

I was hoping it would not have taken as long to arrive.

Initially I was a bit disappointed because of the delay in shipping. But your emails alleviated most of my concerns. I have used my hip therapy belt several times a day since I have received it. It has helped control my hip pain, for which I am very grateful.

Good product, well designed to wear on hip. Instead of vibration, I would prefer rolling, but I still benefit from the heat. Good service.

I ordered 2 fitness items. One was totally not what I ordered, which was a knee massager.
The second item I ordered and my Physical Therapist said it wouldn't help my issue.Daywick has no phone number, no person to talk to. Just support at email address and it took 3 tries before I got a response. They told me returns were very expensive because I need to pay overseas shipping, and refund would be small. Their website said nothing about difficulty of return. I am so frustrated and will call my credit card to see what to do next.

I was impatient while you remained patient with me re the delivery! I appreciate that. So far the pad is helping yet still have nerve issues in leg and some hip pain! A bit better!
