Great Service from Good People. Did all they could to make me happy with the car I was getting.

Dealt with Owyn - unbelievably proactive and helpful. He is the guy that set Days apart from their competition!

I dealt with Owyn - no reason to doubt his colleagues aren't as good - but to be fair he followed up promptly, listened to my needs and offered suggestions and came up with some very competitive quotes

I recently started my lease with Days Fleet Personal Services. The whole process has been great, and hassle-free since the beginning. I was clueless at the start, but Owyn had no trouble helping me, and finding me a great deal for my perfect car! He was knowledgable, friendly and was always happy to help...nothing was too much to ask. I can't recommend dealing with Owyn enough. I will certainly recommend him to my friends and family in the future, as well as everyone reading this! A great company, and especially Owyn who is a credit to the team. I have dealt with another company who just wanted to make the 'sale', but this wasn't the case with Owyn. He truly cared about finding a great car for a great price, and supported me with it all.

I recently looked into leasing a vehicle from Day's Fleet Swansea through their Personal Choice Vehicle leasing program, and I must say that the whole process was hassle-free, thanks to their helpful and knowledgeable staff. They went above and beyond in ensuring that I understood all the paperwork involved in financing the vehicle, and they were always available to answer any questions I had.

Dealt with Rob and Alistair at the Swansea branch. I gave my wishlist of what I wanted as well as my budget, and I was quickly presented with some great offers. The process was easy and streamlined with any queries or issues dealt with quickly. Great aftercare service too when I had some issues switching my car on insurance. Would highly recommend.

Great Service, and communication

Had a lease for 3 years - on maintenance contract. Local branch beyond awful for service. That however pales in comparison to recent events.

Car suffered a mechanical issue. local garage said two weeks before being able to fit it in and no courtesy car in the meantime. To Days Fleet credit they did arrange an alternative garage to look at it a few days later. Turns out there were various things wrong with the car, each time they struggled to get authority from Days fleet to fix. Over two weeks before days Fleet decided it needed to be with main dealer. I asked about the lack of a courtesy car and why I should be paying a lease for a car that I cannot use. Was told that is how things work. As I am out of the fixed term contract I have told them that as I am expected to pay for a car that I cannot use I wish to terminate the contract. they are now suggesting the the repair of the fault will be at my expense - its under a maintenance contract! In the words of Alistair Murray "If this matter isn’t rectified ASAP then it will be forwarded to our legal team to instruct a debt collection company and issue legal proceedings".

I am no lawyer but I believe that one has to owe money before legal proceedings and debt recovery can be started!!! This is how their customers are treated - not a hint of trying to help, just a swift threat of legal action which our solicitors are going to enjoy dealing with! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

UPDATE:

Days customer services in Haverfordwest dealt with me in the servicing which are the same whether corporate or personal. This matter has not been resolved satisfactory so not sure why you’re indicating it was. What happened in the end is that the car was returned to days Haverfordwest. No inspection took place with me present nor on that day but it was taken here from the insurance repair garage. Then Swansea took the car back and a week or so later decided there was £1,000 worth of damage above wear and tear! Magically occurring at some point outside of my custody. At this point I was out of the country and little I could do! So no, I respectfully decline to remove this review and reinforce my advice to anyone considering leasing through this company to do so at their own, very great, risk!

The experience from start to finish has been excellent. I’ve been able to manage the process remotely and digitally and this is such a benefit as my working day doesn’t allow time to go through a more traditional process. Vehicle arrived on time and in great condition too. Highly recommended

Fantastic service from Alistair at Days personal choice! Alistair sourced the exact car I was looking for and made it such an easy and seamless transaction. I couldn’t believe how quickly I received I my vehicle and how hassle free it was. I’ve already recommended to friends and will be using him again for future vehicles.

The team were very helpful in getting me through the paperwork for the car. Once this was done they were excellent at securing the car I wanted quickly and organising collection. It was all easy from my pov. Would happily use for my next car purchase.
