The Halo Go has a charging unit that failed after 5 uses, just out of store returns period. Daylight Company did not respond to initial online contact form. Won't even consider addressing the issue without proof of purchase, video, photos. I don't have the original store receipt but I do have the non-working light and I don't have the $129.00 I paid for it! Look at their website. It's all hype and no substance.

Easy to assemble and good Light

Commandé 1 lampe Daylight slim + 1 pied à poser. 1 seule commande expédiée en 1 colis. Surprenant car le volume de ces articles est vraiment très faible et les 2 tiendraient facilement dans 2 seul carton.
Acheminée par DPD… 1 seul colis arrivé au relais, DPD a renvoyé l’autre sans même l’avoir livré au relais colis. J’ai déjà exprimé mon mécontentement sur Trustpilot pour ce transporteur.
J’envoie un mail le 30/01/2026 à Daylight company pour les informer de la situation et leur demander de m’envoyer un autre pied de lampe.
À ce jour, le 04/02/2026, ils me répondent que leur entrepôt n’a pas encore pu vérifier auprès de DPD et que par conséquent, ils ne peuvent pas m’envoyer l’article manquant que j’ai payé et que je n’ai pas reçu !
Moi, particulier, j’ai pu avoir l’info du colis non livré par un simple appel à DPD, mais Daylight, en presque 1 semaine, n’y parvient pas !
Et surtout, Daylight n’est même pas capable de m’envoyer l’article manquant (qui coûte 30 € de mémoire). C’est vrai que ça pourrait ruiner l’entreprise ! Et qui sait si je ne raconte pas des mensonges pour collectionner des pieds de lampe qui ne sont adaptés qu’à un seul modèle ?!!

The light that failed was used very little. At the price of this light it should last much longer than it did.
I have 2 others that are well over 5 years old and they are going strong. I also have 2 of the slim line lamps and they work well.

Customer service pointed me to the correct lamp for my application is crafting and plastic models etc. Purchased one of the two recommended magnifying lamps.

A great piece of equipment. The magnification is amazing, it’s clear, it’s extremely bright and precise. Just what I needed.

This light was recommended by a sight loss charity for my Dad. He’s very pleased with it and I think I’d like one for my crafting hobbies.

Easy to use website, lamp is excellent, daylight full strength makes reading a pleasure and the lower light levels are good for a general lighting of the room.

I have older eyes and need reliable lamps for my hobbies like quilting and counted cross stitch. My new lamp arrived just as my old one was going out, so it was timely and exactly what I needed. Great website, easy ordering, excellent delivery and no problems at all.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I purchased a Slimline Floor three years ago. It is now blinking, which I assume means it is done. I do not need a strobe light. Advertisement says 50,000 hours of service, which means I would have had to have used it for 121 hours per day. At the least, I deserve a prorated refund of $175 for the 6000 hours I have used it (88% refund based on a $200 price tag). At the most, I deserve a full refund for false advertising. The phone number goes to fast busy, and I have received no response from my online contact form.

The lamp turned up when I was told it would but no shipping info was given so o had to email to get it.
The lamp looks good but so did the previous one that broke at the lamp connection to the frame.

This is a beautiful craft lamp, and the amount of brightness is great, just one thing that I would change, is the size of the magnifying glass, it needs to be bigger. Hope someone from the daylight company reads this.
