Customer service went by the wayside when I wanted to return my item due to quality in person not like that advertised. If a customer is not satisfied with the product, it should be returnable in full to include shipping. Unfortunately, “company policy” has that somewhere in small writing that the shipping fee will not be covered. After returning my table, top lamp and paying $61 to do so, communication just stopped with customer service. I then received an email that my item was received and refunded which didn’t show up for almost a week in my account. Very disappointed in the quality and the return process resulting in zero customer satisfaction.

I do a lot of close work on a sewing machine, artwork and textiles. The daylight bulbs makes a huge difference to being able to see properly. Regardless of wearing the reading classes or not. I can't recommend them enough so I have done with family and friends.

The sewing light came well packaged and suits most of my needs well. The only improvement would be to have a clip to hold my paper pattern rather then something to hold my phone as I do not use patterns on my phone. I have had to buy a flexible cable with a clip on to attach to the pole.

I couldn’t locate charger cords for one of my lights. It was very easy to find them online and order them from daylight. They came quickly.

21 days after ordering I am still awaiting delivery. I have emailed for an update, and the company don’t even deign to reply. Pretty pathetic.

Ordered a replacement power supply unit for my light.

Nice to see companies offer this service rather than risk potential issues with those sourced from large internet based retailers.

The communication was easy and quick; ordering was easy as well, and we received our order very quickly; we love the product, as usual!

We are pleased with the Twist to Go 2
Rechargeable lamp which we use for doing jig saw puzzles. The purpose of lamp was to reduce glare from the varnish under ordinary light which it has helped towards.
We have not timed battery but we are satisfied.

The website worked well, the order came promptly and was well packaged and the light, Lumi, is wonderful. I’m using it over my fabric cutting table and there are no shadows anymore.

The light was delivered quickly. It was easy to put together, instructions supplied were good. The light is excellent and makes separating close colours very easy when I am stitching. It also looks very stylish in my room.
