The logs arrived damaged, the seller failed to deliver them on the first two dates advised and communication was poor, I am still awaiting a response to my last email.

I ordered a small wheelie bin but they delivered the wrong size one. They are withholding a refund that I am owed. Their courier failed to follow instructions to collect the bin. Its been waiting to be collected for over a week. NOBODY answers the phone.

Dreadful experience , nice furniture when it eventually arrived at my address after DPD left it elsewhere randomly I had to pay to have it delivered Not Dawsons fault but the lack of customer service is dire never again
Tried ringing emailing from the Wednesday no reply so not just at weekend as other reviews stated. Are they closed on Friday when delivery went wrong ?
2.01 pm first call after wrong delivery and I rang Wednesday also .

Very very poor company. Promised 50kg of firewood, delivered less than 30kg. Tried to ignore my emails asking for the rest. The firewood is supposed to be hardwood but most of it looks like pine, smells like pine and burns like pine. I’ve just put a big log on and it is absolutely not burning like hardwood- it burst into flame immediately. These people are really bad at giving you what you have paid for so it would be best to avoid buying anything from them.
🚨The alleged (NEW As advertised gazebo) I received was in poor condition and not suitable for use. It had visible rust, bent corners, and would not open properly. The quality was disappointing, as the item appeared to be used & not new Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product or company to use on Amazon. I had to send back at my own cost of £19 for a full refund due to the 16kg weight. I have asked Amazon customer services to record this for their info. The advisor had done this.🚨 order direct from Amazon & not third party seller as you will not be covered for return. First time this has happened to me on Amazon.

I purchased 8 Led Chinese Lanterns at £19.99 each from Dawsons Living. I received one package with 3 lanterns in it, which was left in a safe place. I notified them and they responded back by saying all 8 were delivered with a photo of the one package I received in the safe place.
I've emailed and telephoned (noone answers) but received nothing.
If I don't hear back soon ref delivery of remaining 5 lanterns or refund I will get in touch with Citizens Advice Bureau.
I'm sorry but that is a lie. I've emailed you and no response. I've phone you and it goes straight to voicemail.
I have not received 2 deliveries from you.
I received a delivery from B&Q through your company. That delivery was also messed up but eventually got the 2 lanterns from B&Q. I have only received 3 of 5 lanterns ordered directly through Dawson living. I don't know how many times I need to say this. Sort my delivery out!

Fast delivery, great discount price on premier garden accessories/covers for Furniture. Way cheaper than the Manufacturer, plus a 20% end of season discount made the price nearly £80 cheaper. Wow. Five stars!
Apart from the Excellent quality and great value for money garden furniture .. the delivery servi e is quick and reliable, but the After sales service was the cherry on the top... THANK YOU..

Ordered a Sun Lounger through Amazon and on delivery it was faulty straight away, the material came away from the side. All the reviews on there were for a different chair altogether but any reviews for the same Sun lounger now have the same problem as me, contacted them and they were rude, unapologetic and just offered a refund if I sent the product back, eventually spoke to a manager and she said the owner works on the Amazon side of things and he doesn’t care, and that these Sun loungers are brought back constantly instore, this company is knowingly selling faulty items and the owner can’t even apologise or show any customer service skills. Absolutely dreadful experience, do not buy from this company.

I have been waiting almost two months for a refund,they have the product back,I have all the proof and have been completely ignored,i have sent email after email and only got one reply asking for tracking information...which I sent,still trying to get my refund to date, absolutely disgusting customer service 😡😡😤😤

Just bought a footstool and had great customer service - would definitely buy again based on this experience.
So happy with my recent purchase of the Bistro Set , 2 chairs , coffee table and footstool
The chairs are so comfortable and relaxing with the added bonus that they are easily stackable for storage during the winter
Dawsons Living are a great company that I stumbled on ( I was originally going to place my order through Amazon), but decided to go directly through them
