This order was for a community project which only relies on money brought in from donations. The order was reasonably priced and quick delivery which means a lot to us.

Davpack – great. RX Delivery – not.
The moving kit itself looks to be of good quality, but RX delivered it to the wrong address 300 yards down the road, and left it blocking our neighbours' access to their home.
When I inquired as to when our kit would be delivered, Davpack responded quickly and found the issue promptly, which I really appreciated. My husband then had to make several runs in sweltering heat to carry all the boxes back to our house.
Great customer service from Davpack, but the delivery partner was a letdown.

Good Afternon,
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We are glad our team could promptly assist you when you inquired about your delivery. We are very concerned to hear about the delivery issue and the inconvenience it caused, especially with your husband having to move the kit in this difficult weather. We are reviewing this with our delivery partner to prevent similar situations. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience they have caused.

Finding the right box.
Easy to order. the product was bigger than expected I'm old school so I understand yards, feet and inches much better, I had to do a conversion by Internet so the box was bigger than expected. I therefore had to get creative, luckily ceativity worked.
