Good product, good team, woeful delivery
Your team were great and so is the product but your couriers messed up big time, as reported over the phone.
Also we are based on an island close to Glasgow but your contract with DX excludes our post code. DX do in fact deliver to the island. All our other suppliers deliver to us at no extra cost. I had to pay a local courier £25.00 to receive our parcel on the mainland and bring it to our address. Hence only 2 stars.

PLAIN doc envelopes are not plain.
Ordered some EDE6 PLAIN doc envelopes for attaching carrier labels. Unfortunately these come with a large FCS logo and words printed on the front, which covers up the address barcode, making these unusable. They are NOT PLAIN and cannot be used for attaching address labels. Had to return them as they are not fit for purpose.

Failed to deliver on agreed dates…
Failed to deliver on agreed dates twice. Then was told to hold the delivery as nobody would be there and then despatched anyway. Seem to have intetnal communication issues seriously affecting customer experience. Caused me severe losses due to wasted warehouse labour.

Very good company to work with. Unfortunately their courier opened all of our boxes during transit and stole some of the contents, which is obviously not the fault of Davpack. I was impressed with their follow-up communication and they sent replacements very quickly.
