Angela was nothing short of amazing. After realizing that I accidently booked office space for the wrong date, scrambling and in a panic, I called Davinci as soon as business hours commenced, and Angela took my call. She was very professional and friendly, and put me at ease right away, while she worked to resolve my issue and have me re-booked for the correct date. As she explained that she was the only person fielding calls at the moment (this was just after 6 a.m. MT), that she would continue to work on resolving my issue and give me call once resolved, which she did just that, and called me back with the issue resolved in a matter of minutes. I just want to thank Angela again for her professionalism, kind and friendly demeanor, and the expediency in which she handled my issue and concern. A+

Meeting Room Cancellation Policy Needs Amending
Overall, I think the meeting room reservation policy could use some improvement. I submitted a reservation request but did not receive approval until later that evening, which made it difficult to confidently plan the meeting. Unfortunately, the meeting was canceled, so I canceled the room reservation the following day. When I attempted to reserve the room for a different date, I was no longer permitted to do so.
I understand the need for policies to manage reservations and cancellations, but situations do change, particularly with business meetings. I would suggest allowing reasonable flexibility for cancellations and rescheduling, especially when a reservation is canceled promptly and the room can be made available to someone else. A faster approval process would also make the meeting room much easier and more reliable to use.

Davinci is great, but some issues with location
Like: check in easy, front desk very nice, space is clean and big. Location is great. Booking easy and great communication. Location Dislikes: Room is very hot, no ventilation, no water fountain on the floor (or easy to find). Wish there was a code to lock the office if I wanted to leave for lunch.

Delay in opening the office
I booked the space from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. I arrived at the scheduled time, but the office was closed and there was no one there. The office didn't open until around 9:30 AM. This caused me inconvenience because I had to take calls from the building lobby until I could go up to the rented office. I lost about an hour of paid rental time.

Disappointed with the lack of transparency re fees
I was happy with the service I received. The online booking was not helpful and I needed to contact customer support for the booking.
My major concern is a lack of transparency in the booking process. There is no indication that the amounts are in USD during the booking process. For Canadian customers, this would be expected. This should be clearly stated in the booking process instead of having to read through the terms and conditions to find it!

There are better options
My reservation was approved only 30 minutes before my scheduled end time, despite having reserved a 3.5-hour block.
I went to the facility (TKO in Knoxville, TN) at my scheduled start time to check on the reservation approval. The front desk staff checked with someone I assume was a supervisor and told me that DaVinci did not have meeting rooms at that location, only a mailbox. They apologized, and I left.
My understanding is that TKO’s communication to DaVinci described a scenario that was significantly different from what actually occurred.
The ultimate resolution was a credit for DaVinci’s services. I appreciate the effort, but given the experience, I don’t intend to book through DaVinci again. I do intend to make other folks in my org that do work in TN, and elsewhere, aware of the experience.
