As a client of David Upshall Insurance Services you will benefit from your own personal account manager and in the event you have to make a claim you will be allotted your own claims administrator who will work on your behalf. David Upshall Insurance Services are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. It is always our intention to provide a first class service, however if at any time you are dissatisfied with the service we provide you should in the first instance contact us and we will try to resolve matters. Donna has been absolutely amazing!
She took the time to understand my business requirements where my previous broker said they couldn’t help! I was uninsured for 2 years previously until Donna worked hard to find a solution for me! She has saved me a lot of money, time and I know that she is always on hand when I need to speak to her!
