Dave Ford Tree Care Anmeldelser

Efficient, highly professional and kept us advised on what for us at least was a difficult job

Efficient and professional. Responded quickly. Good communication. Arrived on time to quote and when they came to do the job. Safe working procedures, the best equipment and experienced staff.

Safe and tidy work
removed large tree

Very professional and friendly guys. Did what they said they would when they said they would do it. We alwa Use them for our trees.

A thorough and clean job.
Very efficient

The date on the email said they would arrive on 31/8/2023 at 1pm to do the work. They arrived on 31/7/2023 at 10 am instead ... One month and 3 hours early. Luckily we were home to let them in!!! Apart from a mix up in the office the guys trimmed back the tree as we requested to a high standard and cleared up after leaving the garden looking spick and span!! They were very efficient and respectful. Now we have more light without the over hang of a tree from nextdoor covering half way over the garden. Thank you.

Crew very polite, efficient and cleared up well

The guys turned up on time and introduced themselves. They were knowledgeable of what was expected of them and set to work with all the tools and equipment for the works, including approaching the works with a safe working attitude.
Any trimmings from the hedges were cleared up and removed leaving us with a completed job and peace of mind.
We look forward to using your services again in future.

First class service from very professional team of tree surgeons. Have used them before and will do so again.

Prompt, efficient and courteous. This is the fourth job they've done for me and I wouldn't go with anyone else. Josh and Liam did a great job and are such lovely chaps.

Knowledgeable, polite and proffessional tree surgery work by Josh and Jo - undertaking crown thining and removal of two trees.

I highly recommend Dave Ford Tree Care. The staff in the office are very efficient and it’s always very pleasant to speak to them. The tree surgeons who did my work yesterday were polite, cheerful and very hard working.
Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Thank you to you all!

As usual a great job done and no mess left. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Hi this company did some work on some trees in a communal garden that I am a part of. The committee who look after things employed them to carry out the work without much consultation with anyone else who lives here with some pretty poor results upon completion. I spoke with the committee members and called Dave Ford's office to arrange a site meeting. The dreadful aftermath was all too plain to see though Mr Ford only explained how well trained he was it's a pity he didn't do any of the work himself. The trees in question had been hacked back to nothing forget growth points. The trees had to be removed by another company. I run a small tree surgery business myself and maintain trees to serve the environment so know well enough how to prune trees to allow healthy regrowth and have a site that also allows reviews. Things may have improved since then but the impression I got from Mr Ford was he couldn't have cared less about the poor standard of work as long as he's paid.

A friendly, professional and hard-working team of three removed an unsightly palm and tidied up two other trees that I had neglected. Very pleased with the results.

Very easy to organise. The three guys were helpful, took 16 foot tree down and replanted replacement. Very polite. Cleared up and left everything tidy. All hassle free. Second time of using company fully recommended.

Very professional team, worked hard with speed & efficiency, the work originally quoted for had to be changed as the job progressed but easily sorted.
Friendly & approachable manner
Would recommend them

The work was professionally completed by courteous, punctual workers. Thank you.

A great experience from start to finish. Came as advised to give us a quote which was competitive and duly arrived on the day to carry out the agreed works. They were careful not to damage existing plants and lawn surface and left everything clean and tidy.
A polite and communicative crew….couldn’t fault them at all and will happily use them again.

Great communication throughout the organisation of the work, which included scheduling with the Southern Electric. The job was carried out quickly on the day, and surpassed expectations.
