They were really personal team who came out to meet us and get to know the business. We ended up with a website better than i could imagine and made the business look amazing.
They were there to make changes when we decided to change things last minute and were always happy to get it done

We had a fantastic experience working with Dash Media on our arcade centre website. From start to finish, they were professional, creative, and really understood our vision. The final website looks amazing, is easy to use, and perfectly captures the fun, energetic feel of our business. Communication was smooth throughout, and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend Dash Media to anyone looking for a high-quality website!

Worked with Dash since 2024. Started with branding and then on to website design a build, all perfect till that point.

There were a few rough patches around June-august 25, and I ended up taking control of the site myself at that point.

What I rate is how they handled that. No excuses, no disappearing.

That made me comfortable to reach back out later on, Reece the now sole owner, took the time to explain things properly and even sorted a few issues free of charge so I could challenge what another company was telling me. That alone told me a lot.

Since moving back to Dash for the website and social management, it’s been consistently strong for the last 6 months. They’re easy to work with, they listen, and challenge you at times, so it feels like they’re working with you rather than for you or trying to go over your head.

They’re also just real people, feel relatable.

Also hosting another business (Nubis365) with them without any issues.

Not everything was perfect early on, but they owned it, fixed it properly, and since then it’s been a genuinely solid experience. That matters more than anything.

Cancelled my services and months later received a £1,000 invoice with no prior notice, followed by immediate threats of court action and a 5-hour payment deadline. My email hadn’t worked for months and communication was minimal, yet this aggressive billing tactic appeared out of nowhere. This is their approach, and it reflects a business model that simply won’t last. I paid the fee to close the chapter, but the experience highlighted serious issues in how they operate.

We’ve worked with Dash on several projects now and they’ve consistently delivered high-quality results. The team is easy to work with, quick to respond, and clearly know their craft. Would happily recommend them.

Disappointing and frustrating experience

Our experience working with Dash Media was extremely frustrating. Communication was inconsistent, and we often had to follow up multiple times to receive updates or completed work. Simple edits like text changes or image swaps took weeks to implement.

We also encountered unexpected charges during the project that weren’t clearly outlined in the original agreement, with payment requested on short notice. These instances caused significant delays and stress for our team.

After more than 18 months and thousands spent, our project was still incomplete. When technical issues occurred with our draft website, they remained unresolved. We eventually chose to move to a different provider who was able to deliver a working website in under a month.

Unfortunately, we didn’t see the negative reviews until it was too late.

We had an appalling experience with Dash media. If you are reading this review I would urge you not to waste the time and energy we wasted by choosing this company for our new website.

Had some designs done with Dash and am very pleased with how they turned out, very inline with the vision of the complete branding package I was looking for.
Handled quick pivots when they were required at short notice which was also very helpful

I would highly recommend Dash media

Dashmedia promised a polished website and great service....but all I got were excuses and long periods of "no responses" but when it came to getting their payment at our introduction they were relentlessly chasing me for the funds in full!!! What makes it worse is that my website should have been very easy to do as it only has 4 pages basic colours. This has setback my business for months and as you guessed "no refund no website" just a corporate wall of SILENCE!!
