I made an order for a cute jumpsuit on February 13th, it is now April 7th and no shipping date. I have emailed them and was told to be patient. So ridiculous to wait this amount of time.

Do not buy from this company they are not legit I’ve been waiting 5 weeks for a jumpsuit they have not answered any complaints of where my delivery is they are not a legit company

Items not shipped after 2 weeks. Email responses take forever with the same excuse that everyone else on here got. Delayed due to order demands. Waiting for third reply to my inquiry. At least people received the items eventually.

Odered 1 month ago and no expedited not on the way no feed back just fake shop don t buy anything

commande faite le 23/02/2026 et a ce jour le 19 mars rient reçu et pas de nouvelles

Comme bien d'autres, j'ai passé une commande le 16/02,l'encaissement a eu lieu, nous sommes le 17/03, je n'ai toujours rien reçu et le service commercial ne répond pas à mes messages.
C'est une grosse arnaque 😡

I sent a service email who came back with negative comments stating I will see what the warehouse had to say ? cannot even tell me when so I won’t be buying from them anymore

I’ve asked for a refund if this doesn’t come within next 7 days. This is the problem with buying from china this will be the last item I order from
China it wasn’t cheap either it was £60us shipping which I don’t think is cheap I’ll just have to wait

I ordered four T-shirts. Received three. The quality of two of the shirts I got was terrible, not tshirt material at all. I have emailed the support desk every day for over a week for some knowledge as to getting a refund or a replacement but have not heard one flipping word from them.
Shipping took forever. I had to email about having them sent sooner than later cause I am going away for a month and finally got them but NOT the full order.
I am beyond ticked right off.

Welllllll I took a chance and I got screwed. I got tshirts, hoodies, and a zip up hoodie all 3xl, figured I'd go up 2 sizes. Then only thing that fit was the zip up hoodie, but the was it was sewn you can't lift your arms.

Tshirts and hoodies are all so small, everything is too short, nothing measures the right measurement. I thought I was messing up with measuring the sizes but I wasn't. My tshirts measure a medium. Hoodies were a large. Currently I've been emailing them for over a week now and they have gone radio silent on me. All I wanted was to do an exchange and try out the 5X because I really like the designs but how everything is going I'm probably just going to be stuck with these. Luckily I only spent about $100.
Oh it's shipping took over a month, it comes from China even though on their website it gives a United Kingdom address. That's to give people like me false hope thinking that it is coming from the UK. I actually ordered shirts from another company and I knew that they were based out of China and I received those normal time 2 weeks, I had to wait over a month for my order. And to do an exchange it states that you have 30 days from the date of purchase not from when you receive it so I lucked out by 2 days. If Only They would write me back.
Do not recommend at all. Save yourself the trouble.

Theres been more than a month that I ordered and I haven’t received any news I really don’t know what to do.

I haven't had any problems with the items on this site other than they take a while to get to me. All items are quality and I love the selections.

First they delivered it to the wrong address and insisted it was delivered to the address provided. When I finally got it from my neighbour and opened it... didn't really look the same as the picture. The picture shows what looks like a real sweater, this is thin polyester, silky in a way. Pretty sure my dad is NOT gonna wear this.

Horrible products.
I ordered two knitted sweater, I received only one and it looked as bad as the rag I use to clean around the house, except it's 40€ and not 2.

i ordered a sparkly glittery reindeer jumper and when it arrived it looked nothing like the picture of it not one bit of glitter or sparkle on it - it was very disappointing and this bit of rubbish put me back £40.00 - i have emailed Darkstyle.hub asking them how i can send it back and get my money back but i don`t expect to hear from them.

Took a month to arrive. The advertisement was for heavyweight cotton shirts (tag visible and legible in the picture) but what they sent was that tissue paper thin polyester junk. Now they want me to pay return shipping to China.

This company appears to be a scam.

Its been more than a month since the order was placed, im thinking its a scam because even that the email service answered i dont even have the shipping number to track the package so dont trust this website.
