great customer service
Product I was looking at for a Christmas gift was out of stock but I got in touch with the Darkroomchocolate team and they replied super quickly and helpfully. I received the product just 3 days later.
Haven't tried the chocolate yet as it is a gift but certainly great customer experience!

CHOCOLATE!!
Was nervous at trying the chocolate at first as I'm new to plant based/vegan chocolate, but honestly the chocolate and taste is incredible.
Especially the Grenada bar which is my favourite, I think I'm a huge fan as who doesn't like chocolate.
Was recommended by an amazing person so I knew I could trust what they had to say.
Order arrived quickly and sufficiently, great packaging.
All round great family business to order from
Definitely prefer this chocolate to alot of other chocolate, so will definitely be returning.
Thank you 🙏🏻♥️

What an amazing review, thanks so much Thomas! We owe your "amazing person" a thank you! (Although our chocolate contains no animal products we were nervous about labelling it "vegan chocolate" as that means we might be lumped in with lots of the (disappointing) oat milk bars on the market). Anyway, appreciate you giving us a try and sharing the love on here! Love Mike and Nat xx 😍🙏

Arrived quickly
Arrived quickly, very well and safely packaged, so all bars arrived in one piece with nice personalised note. This is the most delicious chocolate, I especially love the unexpectedly smooth and mellow 80% bars and hot chocolate flakes.

The chocolate is delicious. The order was received, packed and dispatched without delay.
The hand written thank you was a nice touch :)
I used to buy from The Little Welsh Chocolate Company but it sadly closed a few years ago now and I was dispairing of finding a replacement chocolate source.
So thanks for being there!

Thanks so much Gillian, you are so welcome! Glad you enjoyed your Full Spectrum collection and you have a new source for your chocolate (made by a Welshman in Norfolk, weirdly!). Big thanks for taking the time to drop us the review, love Mike and Nat xx 🙏😍
Just the best chocolate
I've just placed another order because it is such a fabulous product. Each has a very different and specific flavour profile. I prefer the fruitier end of the spectrum. Not all chocolate tastes the same. Fast order and delivery. The best dark chocolate I've had.

That's amazing Amanda, thank you for appreciating the time and love that goes into our bars! You obviously "get" what we're trying to bring to chocolate, namely, the natural fruit flavour of cacao. (We also prefer the fruitier end of the spectrum, but those bars are taking a little longer for people to take the leap and try compared to the classic profiles!) Appreciate you taking the time to give us a pat on the back, it's very, very much appreciated, love Mike and Nat xx 😍🙏
Amazing chocolate
Amazing chocolate, great service and communication.

The best dark chocolate!🥰
This is the best dark chocolate I’ve found! I’ve been trying to wean myself off milk chocolate but I couldn’t find a really good dark chocolate that wasn’t bitter. Well I’ve found more than one now at Darkroom Chocolate. I’ve tried the Honduras, the Sierra Leone and the Peru so far and I love them all. The only problem is I’m finding it difficult to limit myself to 3 squares a day! I would definitely recommend trying this chocolate. It’s amazing! The chocolate arrived really quickly and the hand written note was a lovely personal touch. Thank you! ☺️

Amazing Janine thanks!! And it's extra special that you've found a dark chocolate too convert you! (We'd love to know which origin you think we should be recommending to other customers looking to "convert" from milk chocolate - please let us know your favourite when you've tried them all!). Big thanks again for the order and for taking the time to let us know you liked the chocolate, love Mike and Nat xx 😍
Top quality dark chocolate
The chocolate is first-class and arrived quickly.
The Shop app required to track delivery, is awful. It takes loads of your data and gives it to who knows. It also gave me misleading information; first saying it had been delivered hours ago, and then not notifying of the actual delivery next day.

Hi David, big big thanks for the order! So glad you enjoyed your chocolate and thanks for taking the time to let us know the constructive feedback on your shop app experience. (The app is run by Shopify as an alternative to PayPal, so you can check out quickly on any website run by Shopify without entering all your information every time). We'll definitely look into the delivery notifications settings to see if it's a DHL issue or a Shopify issue as that's the first issue we've had with it in 4 years so leave it with us to investigate. Thanks again for letting us know how we could improve, we really appreciate it! Love Mike and Nat xx 😍
They clearly love what they do, and so do we!
This chocolate is incredible. I don’t really know what else to say - it’s just absolutely delicious.
Ever since waking up to the evils of UPF food, we tried loads of different bean-to-bar chocolate. This one wins hands-down.
Sadly, I’m not a connoisseur that can talk you through the various tasting notes, or any of that. What I can tell you is that it’s rich, smooth and makes us very happy.
The artwork on the bars is so cool too - a feast for all the senses!
Delivery is so fast, and the hand-written messages add a personal touch that makes you want to keep supporting this amazing business. They clearly love what they do, and so do we!
