Paid for over 3 years but never received any access – avoid this company
I subscribed to Darius Lukas Academy (Hyper AI University / All Access Pass) in 2023, expecting access to their AI training programs, bots, and resources.
Unfortunately, I never received any access whatsoever. No welcome email, no login credentials, and no platform entry. Every attempt to log in failed because my email was not registered in their system.
Despite the system supposedly "provisioning" access to the email entered at checkout, nothing was ever delivered to me. I have been charged recurring fees on my American Express card for more than three years with zero value received.
I contacted their support team multiple times. They acknowledged the typographical error in the email but refused a full refund, repeatedly offering only a partial 6-month goodwill refund. They have now canceled the subscription (so no further charges), but they still will not refund the money paid for services I never received.
Their Terms place full responsibility on the customer for email errors and limit refunds to 14 days, but this is a clear case of complete non-delivery, not "non-usage". Their systems should have detected the email delivery failures long ago and stopped the billing.
I am currently escalating this through the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) and American Express.
If you're considering any product from Darius Lukas, be extremely cautious. The strict no-refund policy combined with poor delivery and unresponsive support makes this a very risky purchase.
