Our experience with Dapta has been exceptional. It’s a highly customizable solution, perfect for building low-code flows (like n8n), allowing us to automate complex processes with ease. The integration of RAG + Tools helped us reach 99% contactability, cut FRT down to just 2 minutes, and led to a 4% increase in conversions.

Special thanks to Paula for her expert guidance, hands-on support, and approachable communication throughout the process. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable given the value delivered.

Highly recommended if you're looking to scale your customer service with AI in a smart and efficient way.

No paguen adelantado a esta empresa ya que luego te van a decir que la implementación se tarda 2 semanas, cuando llega el día de la implementación haces la llamada y solo te dicen en 15 minutos que tengas listo cierta información para comenzar porque están llenos de implementaciónes y no te pueden atender por más tiempo, después te agendan para comenzar en eso han pasado otra semana más y ya se te fueron 3 semanas en esperar.

Si pagaste y quieres cancelar no te devuelven el dinero y te dicen un montón de excusas para no devolvertelo y al final no te vuelven a atender lo que es imposible tratar con empresas así como está. Yo no te recomiendo este servicio. Es pésimo y pues todavía estoy esperando mis 49 dólares que pague . Dicen que el dueño es millonario y como no haciendo estás prácticas. Hay otras plataformas que hacen eso mismo donde empiezas gratis y no te metes a líos. No los recomiendo.
