I really like this brand. Their clothes are good quality and unusual, people always comment on them. Recently I placed an order and then an hour later received a notification that they were doing a flash 20% off sale that evening. I wrote to customer services on the off chance who immediately refunded the difference. Their customer service team are great, I’ve spoken to them before - they respond quickly and are always really happy to help.

I have made a few purchases from DL but used there customer care team today as I’d messed up with my address- it was a Sunday ! Victoria replied to my email, promptly & sorted out the problem.

Never had I heard or seen anything about this company before, quite possibly because I am based in Australia. I was curious, did some research and downloaded the Dancing Leopard app.
I was very uncertain I might receive my purchase just in time for New Years' as i had left it to very last minute and although it didn't arrive in time, it came surprisingly quickly.
The quality is impressive. The price is fabulous and I love my sequin skirt, it looks just like the photograph and description on the app.
I would recommend this company and I will most certainly be purchasing again.

Awesome company! Love the clothes - really different to what you see in the high street and really good quality for the price.

Customer service is second to none - I had an issue with a skirt and they dealt with it quickly, with no fuss and even gave me a discount code for a future purchase.

Really fast and friendly customer service

I ordered two dresses which came in the two separate packages. They didn’t fit so I sent them back per the recommended returns system the same day as received 2nd December and now have only been refunded for one dress. I am told I need to wait but surely Dancing Leopard should chase up their carrier company? It’s Christmas and my money back for the returned dress would be useful. The carrier confirmed they received the package and have given a reference code but if you click in it, it says it’s at their hub. Whereas the dress I did get refunded for was received by Dancing Leopard. Please Dancing Leopard I like your clothes but this is putting me off ordering from you again.
UPDATE
Customer service have advised they can’t do anything and confirmed my return is sat at their carriers hub and I have to wait until December 20th before anything can be done. Seems pointless for their carrier to give a reference code for the return if that code cannot be used by Dancing Leopard to chase up the reason for the delay in delivering a returned item back to them.
I would suggest you don’t use their carrier to send back returns as they can sit at their hub for weeks and Dancing Leopard admitted there are 1000’s of packages there. I wish I had sent it back via Royal Mail tracked.
Update Still no refund. My return is still at Dancing Leopards carrier hub. I have advised my card company that I am waiting for a refund. Dancing Leopard say there are thousands of packages at the hub. The other dress sent back same day (2nd December) arrived quickly and I was refunded but Customer Service do not care about refunds and the delay. They need to sort out their system. Now of course it’s nearly Christmas and more parcels are arriving. I will never send back anything to Dancing Leopard using their carrier again and will think seriously about ever ordering from them again.

Delighted to have found dancing leopard and will definatly be returning, great product quality and fit, prints are gorgeous, so rare to be delighted ordering on line these days well done DLeopard. I also forgot to apply a discount code which Mary sorted out for me afterwards which was greatly appreciated too.

Really really slow returns policy that you have to pay for has put me off ordering anything again

I’ve ordered a few things from Dancing Leopard and have never been disappointed. I ordered a dress for a friend’s wedding and lost count of the amount of compliments! And have also had some lovely blouses for work. To top it off, when I got returns labels mixed up and returned the wrong item to them instead of another retailer (doh!), they were on the case immediately and returned it direct to the other retailer for me. Fast, responsive and super helpful!

Lovely dress but very long and on the generous side. I’m 5’6” and it was much too long for me. Disappointed as when I ordered, returns were included in the delivery cost but I was still charged to return the dress. Won’t be ordering from you again

They are my go to for dresses, i just love them. Ive always been impressed with the quality. A belt from a dress i had a couple of months became faulty. I emailed their customer service and had a response within the hour. I sent them pictures and they got back to me promptly and said they would ship a new one out to me right away. And thanked me for you continued custom.
You can’t ask for more than that. 😊

I ordered the Dove Dress in Bamboo size 18, and wow! I find it really hard to buy dresses that fit! I am much bigger on the bust than I am on the waist and dresses usually just “hang”.
This dress fits like a dream, so roomy but in all the right places and pinches in perfectly with the belt. Would highly recommend. My order arrived really quickly too. Will definitely be ordering from this company again.
