Daisda Myshopify Anmeldelser 

I ordered a bag from Daisda in July, and it still hasn’t arrived. Despite the tracking claiming it was delivered outside my door, I never received it. I have emailed the company 3 times and have yet to receive a single response.

The lack of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable. I paid for an item that I never received, and I shouldn’t have to chase a company repeatedly just to get a response or a refund.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this store. Until Daisda takes responsibility for its orders, responds to customers and resolves issues properly, I encourage people to BOYCOTT this store. Customers deserve better than being ignored after spending their hard-earned money.

(I’ve also been seeing many reviews on another brand named Daisda on trust pilot which said they had no connection to this Daisda store as multiple people were leaving such bad reviews thinking it was this Daisda store.)

My experience with this website has been terrible\. I waited **more than a month** for my order\. During that entire time, the tracking showed regular updates and shipment movements, but today the package was suddenly marked as **“delivered” even though I received absolutely nothing**\.

After more than a month of waiting, I am left with an order that was never delivered and a tracking history showing a delivery that did not actually happen\.

星１つもつけたくないです。こちらは詐欺サイトです。「Daisda」という本家のサイトに似せて作ったサイトのようです。
アメリカの企業っぽいのに、なぜか日本円の表示があったため、日本人もよく購入しているのかと思い安心して購入してしまいました。注文後すぐに発送通知が来て安心しましたし、発送状況を見れるサイトも用意されていて随時更新されていたので全く詐欺だと疑いませんでした。気づいたきっかけは、予定より届くのが遅かったため、サイト記載のメールアドレスにメールを送ったところ、アドレス不明で送ることができなかったためです。そこで「daisda 詐欺」で調べるとこちらのサイトの英語文が出てきて確信しました。日本人の皆様が同じ被害に遭わないために、こちらにレビュー投稿します。

This company daisdamyshopify is a scam. I'm not sure if daisda.com has anything to do with this company. I never received my order, and the tracking they provided is fake, as the item was said to have been delivered, but I have NOT received my item. Their email daisda@devina now bounces when I try to contact them.

A quick look at Trustpilot shows many people with the same problem — fake tracking, no delivery, and no response. This is a pattern, not an accident.

Do not order from this company. They take your money and disappear.

I made an order from this company and never got the product. I immediately contacted them. They said that the package was delivered to the wrong address and they are looking into it. I waited a week to see if they would give me an update and when I had to email them, my email bounced back. I know that I got scammed. Do not buy from this place.
