We take claims like this extremely seriously. We also want to emphasize that we have very strict internal rules and procedures regarding our card handling policy. Our staff is specifically trained to ensure that customer cards remain protected at all times. Cards are kept in the sleeves and toploaders exactly as they are received, and they are never removed from that packaging—meaning the cards themselves are never directly touched.

In addition, our strict intake and tracking system ensures that cards are never mixed up or swapped at any stage of the process. This is a core part of how we operate, and something we are well known for, along with our strong reputation for customer service.

For that reason, what you are describing does not align with how our service operates. All cards are shipped exactly as they are received from the customer and are then processed directly by PSA for scanning and grading.

If you believe the card was damaged during the grading process at PSA, we will need clear photos of the card (front and back) from before submission so we can review the situation and submit a claim with PSA. Please send the photos to service@dacardworld.eu
